Ha! I'm back!!! Get up peeps!!!
Just did Bar Method and Callan---ooh was I tight. I felt every one of those stretches. I hadn't done either in a while. I'm gonna have to get back into them!! Today is the rest day on Insanity, so although I had planned to ignore that fact! Ha! I think I won't do any today-felt a bit dizzy this morning. Could be a bit dehyrdrated cos I was thirsty too so I chigged back 2litres!! Drinking tea now-so much nicer!

Ug - I woke up this morning feeling awful. I have a really bad cold. My grandbabies spend the night with me on Friday's and the baby woke up at 5 am needing a bottle. She hasn't done that in a very long time and had to pick this morning to do it! I sure am glad I'm on plan - a week now - because it is bad enough to feel bad from the cold, let alone from eating grains and sugar!

My slight sore throat turned into a massive head cold over night. Top that off with, my puppy has decided that 6 am is the new time to get up. That is 90 minutes earlier than my schedule.

I did however lose another pound! I was surprised, I figured it would stop moving for a day or two since I lost 7 pounds in 2 days. I think I can be under 200 by the end of the month and that thrills me to death!

Ya know it's funny/strange you should say that but I always thought I did. I can remember gorging on bread and cheese in high school........

You may be onto something GT, my only issue was ignorance and eating the wrong food to stay a size I love.....now the workd is my oyster...and chicken wing, hamburg, hot dog, chiliburger, brauwurst...........

In January of this year...I got down to 149...but it was only for a day or so...then I bounced around the 150's...then creeping up to to the 160's...

I was knocking on 170's door when I got back to business...

It's a cold hard reality slap to know that I will NEVER be able to eat the SAD and maintain this loss.. But I have to remind myself that it's a better way to eat anyway.

I love checking in and seeing so many new lower weigh ins! We are amazing women! My weigh in is Thursday and I hope to post a good loss. I am on plan so the fat should be leaving me, right? I feel thinner - I've got to get moving in a moment and when I put on my "Sunday go to meeting" clothes I'll be able to tell if I'm smaller. I went to the pharmacy yesterday to check out cough medicine. I've got to take something in order to be able to get through the service. Everything has sugar in it! I hope that one dose won't kick me out of ketosis.

Mim, I hope you fee better.

I am up a pound today. I think it is the salt in the broth I have been drinking.
I have also had several doses if cough medicine, not SF. My throat hurts too much to eat any solids. Hopefully this is gone quick! I loath being sick.

I think I am going to lay on the couch all day and make my ball and chain cater to all my needs.
