Oh that sounds yummy, I love spinach I know IRS not stillman friendly but j have it every morning in my smoothie and it's really not that high carb, you could be doing a lot worse than spinach and tomato paste!

Do you use anything is substitute for bread crumbs? I could never find a good sub so I would always just omit them.

Oh speaking of substitutes I need a lc thickener idea for the gravy for next weekend I am thinking coconut flour might work but you'll prob be able to taste it. Dies ant jne have any suggestions

I omitted them too, but I have used oats in the past! You can use oat bran also...prefect for those following dukan's

She lives just outside Winnipeg but she works at the same college, completely different department though, but I still get to see her fairly often so that's good.

I am sure you see it more than any one else but confidence us a big part of it I guess its like sales, so if you don't feel confident you can't sell the product especially when the product is you.

Thanks for the recipe-it does sound really good and easy!!! Bet the house smells divine too. The problem I find with a lot of lc recipes is that they use an awful lot of cheese, butter or fat. I just don't want to do that!!
And did that slice like a meatloaf?

I hear ya! Lean is the way to go! Zero fat here except what's in the meat & egg yolk! Sliced exactly like a meatloaf! Makes about 10, 1 inch servings....about 250 calories per serving. It's just me at home, so I'm set for days!

I know...the enthusiasm was a little much....which is probably why it died. It's funny cause I've noticed in the fitness industry, the new people that start with me that say, "OMG I'M GIVING THIS 100%, no more cheats, no more excuses, i'm gonna give you everything I've got!!!!" so much enthusiasm to start, but the second they fall, they're never to be heard from again. I would much rather someone take a "real" approach, and know there will be moments of weakness. If you can stick to plan 90% of the time, you'll see results. Why can't I take my own advice? Big picture here!
