The things I found hard the first time were the sane things I found hard the second time-frog jumps. I basically gave up on the suicide jumps-I just kept stopping. As in goes right back to normal very quickly. I think i read once that's a sign of being fit--that your heartrate is dropping back quickly--I hope I'm right!! I really should get a monitor--but I've read quite bad reviews-that they're not actually that reliable.
Oh and doing those football sprint things-well there is just waaaay too much jiggle!!!!!
Love when ST goes-I'm so tired I can't remember the names of my moves!! I know how he feels, I could barely remenber my name!!!!
I sometimes close my eyes when I do some of that cardio!!

hey ladies!

I haven't checked in in a while but I wanted to let you know I am on track I am actually down to 144.6, if I sabotage myself again at this weight I am gonna be mad, so my plan for today is high fat and maybe carry that onto the weekend and then back on plan come sunday, I have so many bdays and socials tyo go to that I am having a hard time stying on track so hopefully Next time I check in I will still be at 144 or lower

Without a doubt, AVG free.

My PC probs were due to Microsoft Security Essentials which corrupted and would not uninstall due to a trojan.

Also, mandatory software that should be on everyone's machine

CCleaner (stands for crap cleaner) run the cleaner at least once a week, the reg cleaner once a month.

Malwarebytes 1X month

Superantispyware 1X month

Advanced System Care 1X week

144, that is great! The high fat days tend to keep my on track better. I hope it works for you to. Social events are the worst to try and stray on track. I hope your scale shows lower than 144 when they are all done.

Wish I could have looked at your PC for you. Use my nerd powers for good!.

Microsoft Security Essentials began falsely identifying Google Chrome as a piece of malware couple of weeks ago and deleted it!

We regularly use spybot search and destroy and ad-aware as PC clean up tools.

Were the ones you listed recommend by whoever fixed your PC? I think I would like to try them out too. I am a software junkie/ hoarder. hehehe

Kettlebells are fun, but it's really just a different spin on weightlifting & kind of a trend. You can do the same thing with dumbells. They actually don't bulk arms, it's more legs since you have to squat to "swing" the kettlebells around!

I surprised myself with how much I could do!! That sounds up myself maybe--but it still sometimes amazes me how much I actually have changed. 3 yrs ago nearly to the day I was huffing going up a hill.
I found the frog jumps really tough and the push ups whete you move your feet out and in. I gave up a few times with those. And my frog jumps were slow!

With Cardio Abs again it's the jumps I find hard--I can contract my abs doing any kind of ab work--but I know I'm not jumping from the abs-I'm not getting the same 'contracted feeling' I get on the floor.
The floor work of Cardio Abs is very Pilates/Bar Method/Callan based--which is good--they really give the best shape. I think crunches really don't--well there's more danger you won't actually work your abs, just put pressure on your neck, or if you don't breath or contract properly then you'll actually get a pot belly! I do a lot of those ab exercises already, so I hope Insanity will give me good results--as in abwise it won't be a shock for my body! That's why I have to improve those jumps!!

But again I adore Insanity!! That is definitely the type of workout I like--hard and intense!! I'm telling girls, working out is definitely better than any Prozac!!!
I'm so glad you liked pure cardio! It is brutal for sure!! I haven't done the cardio abs yet, so I'll be excited to try that one!! You're so right, exercise is better than any anti-depressant!

Hey bratty! Congrats on the loss!! Cheating on halloween is a slippery slope for me. We're doing the challenge until halloween, and secretly I did it that way cause I know I'd wanna have a little somethin' somethin'! But, the way I've been lately, one little cheat leads to another, and another and then I've gained 10 lbs. I just don't know if it's worth it psychologically for me. In theory, yes you could have a cheat that night & then hop right back on the next day. However, are you mentally prepared to do that? I don't know if I am

OMG you did it again?!?! You are a rockstar!! And yes, if you recover quickly you are in good cardiovascular shape! That's awesome girl!! There are some good heart rate monitors out there if you want to go that route....polar has some good ones. Shaun T's lines kill me!! So funny!! My alltime favorite is "this sh*t's bananas, yo!"
