OMG!!!!! I just watched (ha!) Pure Cardio!! That s** is bananas!!! Now that is what I call a work-out!!!! I'm so looking forward to it-and majorly dreading it at the same time!! I think it will deffo test my fitness--and prob tell me I'm no where near fit!!
I love when he says---Sean T is getting tired right now!! Well GT was getting tired just watching it!!! Oh and when he squirts some water over his face at the end and loves himself--Mmmmmm!!!!
Can't wait!! Only thing though I washed my hair earlier and curled it so it's all shiny and bouncy, but if I do this before work, I'm gonna have to wash and do it again! ( who's lazy now,Makeme!)

Woo Day one done for the millionth time.

I have a massive headache that I am sure will last through at least tomorrow. One of these time I will learn my lesson.

On the bright side I did not have one urge to go off today. Day one is usually pretty tough for me when it comes to staying out of the kitchen.

You will really love it!! My goal is to do it all without taking a break! People drop like flies on the video....and moaning & groaning! It's kinda funny to listen to, but I feel their pain! Shaun T totally speaks of himself in the 3rd person!! Shaun T's gettin' tired! Shaun T needs some water....Shaun T's startin' to sweat!! He is adorable....I him!!

Hi girls....I've been sooo wiped today! GT, I let you down & didn't do my workout today. Used that hour to take a nap! I was a walking zombie....dead legs and all. Think it's the carb de-tox, induction flu still. Haven't been hungry since breakfast though, so that's good!

Woke up hungry....had some lean ground beef with chimichurri sauce. I'm trying to use up all the meat in my freezer before I move so I found some bison & ground buffalo. I had the bison steak for lunch....with chimichurri For dinner, I went to the market & got a ribeye to have as a side to my chimichurri...ooops, I mean the other way around! I am officially addicted. I went the ribeye route in hopes the high fat would make me feel better. It did & it didn't. Need a good night's sleep & lots of water!! will be back on track with insanity tomorrow...no matter what!

I did get a compliment today that I looked like I'd lost weight....that made me feel good. Stillman's/low carb is so fast. I just love the quickness of this! If I could do hardcore stillman's it'd be even faster, but I just can't seem to function on the no fat. I have to be "UP" for so many people every day & I hate being debbie downer or sluggish around them!! That usually happens after a binge or when I'm on zero fat/low carb. My workouts really suffer then too....fat has been a godsend!

Morning peeps!! I had a good nights sleep-yay!! Went to bed at 10:39 and fell asleep after a while. Ok woke up at 6:15 but yay!! It's the not being able to fall asleep that kills ne. I did have a cup of hot milk before I went to bed-it was my last ditch attempt! It seems to have worked! So gonna do the same tonight and see. I know it's got carbs but it's fat free and that and a tomato and some cucumber are really my only ones at the noment. And I'd trade carbs for sleep anytime!!

Don't worry about not doing the workout. I said I was going to do the Plyo again-eh did I? Nooo!!! I don't get the no energy thing or dead legs from no carb anymore at all. Even on no sleep I can still work out. It slightly scares me to think what I've done to my body and metabolism though!! I can function on no sleep, no carbs, no fat and a diet of around 500cals!!!! And really I don't think that can be good!!

Day 3. Up since six, too early to tell if my energy is better today...I sure hope so. I've got pork chops in the oven and it's not even 8am. Kids are still asleep (it's half term), nice and quiet. going to take the plunge and jump on the scale.

Looking at chimichurri sauce recipes. There are quite a few different ones. Some have lemon or lime others don't, same thing with cumin, hot peppers, onion and oregano. Any idea what is in the one you get Linz?

Ooh just watched an infomercial (iknow,i gotta get a life!!) for Kettleworx---a workout with kettleballs. I heard Jenn. Aniston used to work with kettleballs. Anyone kniw it? Tried it? I reckon it would bulk arms though!
