MMS next time you see the dealer please enquire about the previous service records....if he is reluctant to produce them it could be a sign.
Lucky you the eth percentage is so low......recommend treating it to Chevron's Techron gas additive about once a month. She has 60KM which translates to about 37K miles. If the oil in the engine is pure petroleum stay with it, it's too late to change to synth. "nice 1 craig - its a stella only camp here, I wouldnt swap even if it made a diff to my porka"
I have NO IDEA what he just said! __________________ Hold on a sec'........I have my Brit to English dictionary right here...... "Nice one Craig, I drink only beer & wouldn't trade it even if it made a difference to my Porsche" ![]() apparently Techron isn't avail in the UK which is really odd b/c all the MB dealers recommend it, any good fuel system additive is good, look for one that says it deals with the downside of ethanol problems.

Bubba and Johnny Ray, two "good ol' boys" from Tennessee, were sittin' on the front porch drinking beer when a large truck hauling rolls and rolls of sod went by.
'I'm gonna do that when i win the Lottery,' said Bubba. 'Do what?' asks Johnny Ray. 'Send my grass out to be mowed,' answered Bubba. |

It would be so much easier to see the bigger picture if I had lost weight though! I'm at the highest i've ever been, so I haven't come a long way at all....if anything, I've gone a long way in the wrong direction!! It's ok though, getting back on track and going to make some major dents in this fat loss battle!!

Homemade Mayo
So I tried to make my own mayo today....I am using a little fat in my diet, and don't wanna use the icky store bought mayo (thanks CC for the canola heads up). Has anyone ever made their own? It took me 3 times to get the right consistency. I used 1 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 egg yolks & a pinch of salt....poured the oil in veeerrrrrryyyyyy slllllooooooowwwwwww. It just doesn't taste right.

Down to 164 today. Have a massive headache this morning....feel hungover, yet so undeserved cause I didn't drink!!
Gotta love the "induction" phase. Did a mixture of lean ground beef, lean ground turkey & bacon yesterday....so good! I think i have a new game plan....gonna do higher fat on days I lift weights, and lean proteins, low fat on days I don't (cardio days). Today will be lean and mean!! Trying to wait a few hours before I eat. Already ran this morning...fasted state is a great way to burn the fat! The plan is to have tuna & egg whites today! Here's to day 2 of pure meat! I feel so much better, and lighter today. Feels like the swelling, bloating has gone down, and I know it will just keep getting better!! |
