Hey there Peeps!!!!! How's it going?!?! I've been away but I have been on my plan. Lost 2 more pounds. Only 2, but Ive been eating as much meat and cheese as I want since the last time I showed up. I like this plan. Its easy for me to stick to (at the moment). Im completely over the carb cravings which is what I need, and my meat tastes great with the melted cheese.

I dont suggest it for quick loss becuase I've basically been maintaining, but my mood and hair and skin are already making improvements!!

I have like 30 pages to read!! Gosh I hate trying to catch up...

Yeah I actually hate fake leather-can look really cheap and nasty--oh and shiny!!!--it's the cut I liked!!

How should I start Stillmans on Day 1? This is the only plan that worked for me way back when I was in high school...however, since that time and many years later and back to my top weight, nothing else truly worked.I do believe in lc in general but think I may need to do Stillmans for now. Funny, I am surprised to find this plan is still around and being talked about and followed, along with support groups, etc. I sort of have a distaste for too much protein. but know this WORKS. I guess I could eat scrambled eggs and cot. cheese. Any suggestions on what you do to get started? Thanks. : )
