Yay!!! Got The Thin Commandments-finally!!! Well ordered it!!! Seriously, you dunno how long I've tried to get it!! No bookshop had it. For some reason our Amazon wouldn't deliver it-kept saying can't be delivered to this address!!! Soooo got it through German Amazon--so it'll be waiting for me when I go back to work! Eugh!!

Now-I want to order Taubes--so which should I get?? Godd cals/bad cals or Why we get Fat??? I know people say GCBC is very scientific--is it? I'm not without some brain cells!!! I think the other is more user friendly--but I don't want a book that's full of catchy headlines but with not much substance!!
But then I want to be able to understand-well I do--I just want it drummed into me!!!

After that it's then the Paleo Solution!!........i do looooove dairy though!! Yoghurt is the only thing that keeps my sweet tooth in check!!! Though I do notice that the more of it I eat, the more I want, so I stay away mostly! And I never buy a big tub-that would be dangerous!!!

Watching Morning TV--they're bashing the Dukan diet!!! Too much protein is dangerous, too little fruit is unhealthy-blah, blah,---EVEN THOUGH they had a girl do the diet for 2 months-she weighed 209lbs, at the end 193lbs, had tests done at the Doc and they all came back good-ok she was a healthy 22yr old--but still!!! She had to stop because it might endanger her health----yeah cos weighing over 200lbs is sooooo healthy!!!

Down .2 today. Not surprised after the almost 2 pound drop yesterday.
Tomorrow we are going back to Six Flags. Again to be tempted by yummy things.

Hey gang!

I am steadily losing....down to 155. Have been really sticking to as fat free diet as I can & it's working....chicken, turkey, tuna. Have a "refeed" once a week & that seems to help with my energy & getting me through psychologically. Work has REALLY picked up so I'm sorry I've been MIA! Gotta run, but will be back later to catch up. Love to all!! xoxo

We're (UK and Irish) are def more 'girlie', experimental and fun! We do the laid back LA thing well too! Skinnies and logo tees, leather jacket to toughen it or killer heels to dress it up! Really I think we only do extreme power dressing in the corporate world. We like our 'throw away fashion' --in fashion for 3 weeks, everyone gets one, dies a death and is out--and you move right along to the next!!!
