well, my lovelies, have a pleasant night. Tonight is the last evening with mum, then off tomorrow to grocery shop-with a side trip to Brooks Brothers-and then she joins Dad at the Inn where the ceremony will be. Kind of happy and sad at the same time.

Last night we watched Hope Floats with Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick, Jr. She loved it. Watch it with your mum some time if you can.

I too only get massive gas and stomach cramps with sugar free anything. It made me sad because I really liked my SF jello and SF whipped topping once in a while.

Okay ladies, today is one official week on stillmans and I'm down 10 pounds this morning!!

So excited about that. I had 1 day this past week with no scale movement but otherwise the scale has steadily climbed down. Before I started cheating on atkins, I got to 245 in May. So I'm still 8 above my low for this year. Once I hit that number, I'll be in new territory finally. Here's to another good week!

Stopping in to say HI! Went to a wedding last night...ate CHICKEN - traded with my friend who wanted steak! I skipped the "candy bar" and the red velvet wedding cake...

I did indulge in a couple glasses of wine though. :blush::blush:

Today we have our final planning meeting with our wedding planner! We are off to go meet with her now. Then, going to the state fair!! I don't make a big deal about the food, but it's good people watching and I love walking around for a couple hours! I am debating between getting a pork chop on a stick and a turkey leg...

Finally posting in September. I am currently out of town at my in-laws' in Ohio, and I've been bad! I think I am depressed b/c I won't be able to do any treadmill or elliptical for awhile--broke a toe and my whole foot is swollen (I suspect additional tendon damage). So painful and living on Advil. You are all such an inspiration, and for that I am grateful. I need to get back into the Stillman's groove for September, and I will definitely be counting calories, as I expect to be fairly sedentary for at least the next two weeks. UGH!!!
