Does not sound good. Had it once when I had a kidney infection, I was in so much pain I was rolling on the floor. I suggest you see someone soon! After lifting... not sure about that...call the doc. Hope you are OK.

well, I helped load and unload that tractor last nite, prob 250 pounds.....then Monday it was the donations from the church, they pack them heav y, like forty pound baskets of which there were five......

I noticed a dull pain earlier just inside my left hip..........

whatever it is, everythings in the 'clear' now......I did some quick reading and it's not uncommon......just if it persists could be bad..........

thanks for all the s! no worries! did spook me tho!




this pot roast is still like leather, I may have to eat shoes tonight........

Picked son up from his friends (he started a new school recently)...the place was massive! 3 horses, 4 dogs, pigs and well lets just say a farm load. Anyway DS asked when his friend could come over to ours...I told him straight...never!

Had a shoe orgy!!!!! Bought 2 from Irregular Choice-dressy one and a heeled brogue!!! Waiting for them!!
Also bought a pair of flat ankle bots in camel with a bow on the side--and the postman never rang the doorbell-this fone is annoying for smileys-but imagine frownie there!!---anyway i got a note saying i have to go to the sorting office which is waaay on the other side of town where all the traffic is!! Aaagh!!!

PEARL WEN BRIE - This brie originates from Caws Cenarth at Boncarth in the Teifi valley. It is creamy in texture with a good rounded flavour and has an edible rind
DULAS GOATS CHEESE - A fresh local pasteurised goats cheese, from Dulas farm, Isle of Anglesey
TEIFI - Similar to Gouda, Teifi has a bright yellow interior and sweet, fruity flavour when young. As it ages, the cheese becomes hard and flaky. The flavour is influenced by the grasses, flowers & herbs that grow in the meadows of the Teifi Valley

I just ran for the first time in 3 or 4 years*and I feel Alot less blah than I did this morning but nOw I'm not tired and it's bed time haha
