Carbacide is an understatement! I totally hear you on that! I swear I gain 10 lbs in a day or 2 once I incorporate my carbs....it's like pringles, once I start, I can't stop!! So....best not to start! I swear I'm a friggin' carb junkie....don't feed the addiction or it grows!!!

Yikes, what's going on with your sweet little heart? How far are you from 200? That does sound like a huge annoyance!!

Day 3 for me in the books guys....thanks for your continued support....I agree with Liz in that I'm losing more weight by being on this thread than I have in a long time. Thank you!!

Today's menu ended up less than I planned, and I admit I am a little hungry now but it's 10:45 & I don't wanna eat.
Meal 1 - ground beef (5-6oz) & eggs (2 whole, + 2 whites)
Meal 2 - lean stew meat - maybe 3-4 oz
Meal 3 - tuna w/ a tiny bit of mayo & mustard

another splurge on the sour cream sweet mix. ...so small (1 tbsp maybe?), but still off plan. It will be gone tomorrow! I tell ya, it really hits the spot! Hopefully outta sight, outta mind

P.S. I agree that some of the smilies are a little over the top...the "LOL" is like screaming at us!! Stop it! You're scaring me!!

Oh yeah lets do it together!!!! Deffy!!! I'm gonna ( try and!) do it as a series! The results look amazing!!! I need something better-as in cardio wise. I find I'm no where near out of breath at all with what I'm doing now!

Eating tuna and mustard!! Yuuuuuuum! Ha!!! (so not!)..... My diet has not been good the past few days, my cals were seriously low so that's good (he!)but i think my meals mostly consisted of a slice toast and jelly (jam) and tea!! So I'm carbed up!!

I have severe mitrovalve prolapse. Stimulants of any kind including natural hormones from TOM ( Wish I would have let them take my ovaries) or working out causes heart palpitations.

down .2 I was hoping for more after a week stall. Today I woke up hungry and wanting to go off plan. It is movie night and watching the kids eat popcorn is torture! I made some SF jello, hoping it will curb my intense NEED to eat popcorn.
