Interesting-I've always wondered if dairy stalled me-but I started eating it way too late to know.
10lbs-the good Dr would be proud!
I wouldn't say it's a real stall now, I reckon your body is just catching up. I know it's tough but just do what you're doing and hang in there-the scale will start to move again, promise!

Oooh I do these!!! Looove mountain climbers, actually!! You should do russian twists for your abs too--they really whittle your waist!!
The things I find hardest are stupid plyometric lunges--i know my form is soooo bad!! Oh and I'm not a fan of the side plank either!!

I've just ordered the Insanity DVDs to start in a few weeks!! I've seen the befores and afters so I'm really hoping it'll ramp everything up a gear!! I loooove interval boot camp-style training!!

The STUPID SCALE stayed the SAME Whatever dumb, stupid, ugly scale. . I hate you. . i hate you . .i hate you. .

OK.. I'm so over it but

I get that I lose slow.. and I get that my metabolism is so messed up. .but give me a little something to work with here. . come on. . I didn't even lick the knife after making a peanut butter sandwich for my son, I did not taste the edge of the muffin that fell on the cupboard. .I didn't lick the plate that had gravy on it.. I did not sniff the bowl with ice cream and I did not eat the chip that my son tried to get me to taste!!! Give me something!!! i should have been up on Monday due to TOM so I expected a little loss by Friday!!!

So.. still on plan.. I ate my egg whites this morning.. drank my liter of water and will have my "surprise" lunch so carefully packed pre-weigh in! I will do this ..i will . .I will. . I have football tonight so I plan to stay far, far away from the concession stand where I know they will be popping up popcorn!!!

I will hold strong over the weekend and promise to log into LCF before I do something stupid!!!
again, it's a pause and not a gain...........stick with it

Anyway, I thought I would post what my workout was today in case any of y'all wanted to do it, or were curious....and if you don't give a rip, by all means, skip right over this post! I don't blame ya!

You can do this at home & get creative with chairs & stuff here's what I did. 3 times through this circuit, 1 minute intervals:

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Pull ups (If you don't have a pull up bar, skip this)
3. Squat Jumps
4. Push ups
5. Mountain climbers - google this, hard to explain
6. Dips

I how I feel on Stillmans. Never hungry, never bloated, and it is super easy to make a meal. The only hard part is all my favorite foods are carbacide.

Looks like a nice workout!
I am not working out at this point. I want to get under 200 and then try. My heart always gives me issues when I do anything aerobic. It is such a pain in my arse.

Welcome to the new peeps! This thread has helped me lose more weight in three weeks than I've lost in six months....

Daily accountability check-in:
Drum Roll! I have re-lost the 4 pounds I regained at the beach + .2 lbs. (thus I have lost the same 4 pounds twice this month. Is there a roller coaster or yo-yo smilie?)

Today I ate:
Bacon Eggs and Cheese for BKF
Grilled Chicken for lunch
I'm sure I'll have salmon & a light beer tonight and SF lemon jello.

Going to a Cajun festival tomorrow. Hope to dance a lot, not eat too much.

Way to go getting your gain off. I know it can be frustrating the same pounds over and over again. If you must eat at the festival, just avoid the carbs. Find a turkey leg or something.

I knew I was pregnant quite early..was just going for a routine scan. I was convinced they had made a mistake and decided to let nature take it's course, which it did a few weeks later. Silly really, coz I had to have blood tests daily to check for toxicity (which can be life threatening) but I just hoped they had made a mistake. I don't agree though, I think it can be just as difficult if you do not know... sometimes it can hit you a little later. On the positive side... this time was not your time but you are young and fit and I am sure sometime in the future you will be blessed with a beautiful child or children even.
