30 Day Strict stillman goal
I plan to be social with all the Stillmanites in the monthly thread. I just want to have this thread to sort of track my progress over the next month.
Anyone wanting to jump aboard is welcome. I want to stay on strict stillman as long as possible. I am aiming for 30 days right now. If I can do that I may do it longer. Day one food 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast. 6 ounces chicken breast 12 ounce can of chicken breast 4 ounces chicken breast Tons of crystal light I felt like crap all day and really loathed eating the chicken. Hopefully tomorrow is better or it is going to be a long month. This morning I had lost 4 pounds. :clap: It makes eating that chicken worth it. |

Hi Brattys, I'm on the August thread but could do with a challenge. I'm down 4lb this morning and I think its given me the motivation to continue for a month. I ain't gonna lie, it will be a first to complete a month but I am certainly up for it.

Wow...you can't get more inspiration than that! When is your last fitting?? I only ask coz if you stick to strict Stillman's, you are going to lose a lot of weight!:cool:

My last fitting is on September 7th! The dress is very forgiving... it is a corset top so it can be as tight or as loose as I need. I will try it on periodically and adjust my diet accordingly -- but I cannot imagine it being too big!!! :laugh:

Made it through day 2 feeling great! Lost 3 more pounds for a total of 7 lost. :kicking:
Day 2 menu 2 hard boiled eggs 4oz chicken breast 5oz chicken breast 3oz chicken breast 4oz chicken breast Boring but I am OK with that for now. Old Bay has made the chicken a lot easier to eat. |

Day 5 Only down .2 I think I need to lay off the excess spices and 0 cal spray. I doubt it is 0 with how much I am using. :D

Day 6 a .4 loss. I know it is almost a half pound in one day but it still seems so small next to the .2 yesterday.
Day 6 menu 2 hard boiled eggs 5oz chicken breast about 5oz chicken breast- I forgot to measure about 5oz chicken breast- I forgot to measure I have been feeling normal. Not over tired or hyper. No urges to cheat, yay! I am never hungry, I have to remind myself to eat. :D |
Day 7! I lived for a week. :kicking: I am down another .2. Not thrilled with that but at least it is a loss. Total loss for first week is 9 pounds.
I figured out that the tums, cough syrup and cough drops I have had to eat at night has way too many carbs and sugar. I bought stillman safe stuff yesterday so hopefully that makes a change. Day 8- 1 pound loss! :clap:

I am trying to lose another 20 pounds by my birthday on Sept. 16th. Maybe I will join this challenge even though it won't be quite an entire 30 days. Stillmans definitely gets the job done if followed correctly.... Good luck to you!!! |

Day 9-No Loss boo!
Day 9 menu 2 hard boiled eggs 5oz chicken breast 5.5oz chicken breast Chicken sausage with 3 pieces turkey bacon and miracle noodles. Way to much salt with that last meal. I knew it while I ate it and just did not care. I care today. :D I am going back to just chicken chicken chicken and more chicken. |
Day 10- 1.6 pound loss! :up: I wish I could do that everyday. :D
I had a really rough day staying on the diet. I even planned to eat something off stillman for dinner. Not just off but, BAD. Luckily my ketosticks came in the mail and confirmed I was in ketosis. I figured I was but actually seeing proof gave me the resolve to behave myself. I am so happy today that I did. I hate going off a diet and having remorse the next day. I am at 134.4 this morning -- almost back down to my pre-bachelorette party weight!!! Then I can start LOSING again... :annoyed:
Today so far... 2 hb eggs 3 oz. tuna 3 oz. chicken breast I am struggling for dinner ideas... I really like to sit down and have a meal with my fiance!! Any ideas besides CHICKEN BREAST?!! |
