I attempted this plan about 2 years ago and decided to try again ..
i just finished making a hug pot of chicken soup so i dont have to think what to eat in my lazy moments

how long can you stay on the 14 day shape up ?

Hi there...why don't you come over to the Stillman August thread. Stillman's Hot August Nights Starts HERE :) I am starting back on QWL tomorrow after a little break. I have already lost 30lb with Stillman's but want to get rid of the last 30.
