Pleeease anwer a question about QWL
Ok, maybe TWO questions. I have come off a bad experience with hcg and even though I want to try it again I'm told by those who know that I have to wait a while. Stillmans (from reading your posts) seems like a great alternative for fast weight loss (I'm desperate to lose something before school starts in two weeks - I have no clothes that fit).
SO - I want to give it a go but I KNOW I will be starving. I know broth (chicken, beef) isn't on the list but has anyone used it and still had good losses? My other question is about cottage cheese - is 2% acceptable and how much can you really eat in a day? (I was thinking 2 of the 4 oz "to go" cups? Any tips for faster weight loss, and any inspiring stories would be sooo appreciated!!! After the past horrible month I really need some encouragement. Thank you!!! |
I do a combination of Atkins induction and Stillman's and honestly, I have never been "starved" on either of these plans!! I think that it's a combination of the ketosis and protein that keep you full.
I do not eat cottage cheese personally (I just don't like it) but I do enjoy some other cheeses on occasion. In my opinion, if you want to do strict Stillman's to lose the weight FAST - stick with meat and eggs - that's it!! :) |

Hi there...come over to the Stillman's August thread. You certainly won't starve doing Stillman's and you will lose a heap in two weeks...If you stick with it, it works wonders and after a few days you will lose your appetite as you go into ketosis. I use low salt stock cubes here and there and have small amounts of low fat cheese as I don't like cottage cheese.:) |
