Did 2hrs of cardio!! I feel good! Can feel my cortisol levels dropping! Just had an egg-white omelette-got a thing to make it in the microwave-eh I usually burn omelettes on the pan!!! Have the place to myself til 4 so I'm off to do some Bar Method-BBL!!

My wrists are looking skinny today and my size 6 shorts are fitting comfortable so although I didn't lose this weekend at least I am feeling smaller than last week so thats good.

The size 6 shorts I am wearing are my Mom's fat shorts she started dating a new guy and has gained 5 pounds so now she's "fat". Lady drives me nuts sometimes haha she lost 20 pounds doing nothing, nothing at all it just dropped off and now she's fat cuz shes a size 6! and here I am squeezing into 6's gah!

O I have a skinny mom, too..........dat bish!

But she loves the lifestyle, got her back to a 6 and I'm closing in on it, too.....just sold my 10 LRL jeans on the bay, went out and bot 6 two weeks ago........

I am relaxed now-got a great workout in today!!!! Now just planning on how I can get get the same tomorrow!!! I'm a much happier bunny when I can work out!!
