I figure one cheat per week max should hopefully be okay if it's just a small amount of veggies.
I've been reading these threads and just wanted to pop in and officially say hi!
nice start! pee on your coworkers, eat what you want!

Thanks for the welcome! You are right! I should have just eaten the chicken and pushed the veggies to the side. I don't know why I let others opinions about my food choices bother me so much. Thankfully I still saw a loss of a pound on the scale today so it didn't hurt me too much!

B: scrambled eggs - 2
L: 1 HB egg
S: cottage cheese
D: chicken breast

I forgot that I wanted to ask you guys about working out... Typically I have been doing about a 1/2 hour of weight training followed by 40 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week, and walking the dog a couple days a week for about a half hour. Yesterday I went to go work out and I honestly did not have the strength or energy. I could only muster up a 40 minute SLOW walk on the treadmill. It would have been my "lower body weight" day but I just felt so weak and lethargic. I literally felt kind of drunk and dizzy.

I am sure it is because I am not eating enough during the day.... However, with the weight that I need to lose in the next 2 weeks, I have really been restricting myself the last couple days. Is it okay to do weight training and cardio on Stills when you are being super restrictive? I don't really want to pass out in the gym at work... If i pick one, should I do cardio or weight training? Struggling....

Congrats on the pound loss! I hope you get many more. The only problem I would see with the veggies is that it may be enough carbs to keep you out of Ketosis. (if being in ketosis is your goal)

I do not work out at this point. I am afraid of freaking my body out even more than it already is. I do plan to start my yoga/ Pilates dvd soon tho.

I only walk my dogs everyday for 45mins to maybe 1.5 hours if its nice out. I have lost steadily with only doing that if I have a few carbs then i can bike and rollerbnlade but i find I don't have alot of excess energy for weight training and stuff without the carbs, my goal is to start working out with weights once I get to my goal weight and that way maybe I can lose a few inches too!

I also want to start hot yoga again but I am worried I'll pass out on so few cals haha

I haven't posted here in so long...I've really lost control of my eating. I need to get back on Stillman's for a while and get these cravings under control.

I do ok through the week and on the weekends I'll blow it. What is wrong with me!???! How can I have such a strong resolve one moment and then give into craziness the next???

Last week I was 162...and this morning the scales said 170! I'm hoping that will quickly come down...but man, it piles on so fast.

I gave up coffee/caffeine for a month or so this summer...and that didn't seem to do me any favors weight wise. I was hoping it would help with my overall energy level...

I'm back to a cup a day and maybe a diet coke a few times a week.

It's so hard to know what's best.

I just hate feeling like my belly is getting big again...I've got to get a handle on this.

I felt so great when I mainly ate meat.

I just wanted to jump in here and face the music...I just can't seem to do carbs.
I can NOT eat one Little Debbie cake...I can eat FIVE and still want more...so it's best for me to not have them at all.

Last year I went 6 months without one single "cheat"...I've got to get back in control...

I will never win the war with carbs...::::::::::sigh:::::::::::::::
You will win the war...6 months without a single cheat. You did it before you will do it again! Now if only I could take a little of my own advice.

Okay, my addiction was vintage purses. I have some really amazing finds including Coach, Collins of Collins (wooden purses), Gerpa (Mexican with an incredible tartan plaid lining), and unnamed pebble leather clutch from the 60s that is honestly to die for (wish it had a designer label), and then just some really fun ones that are old but not necessarily any major label.

But for some reason I'm not collecting purses like I once was. I like shoes. I love clothes! I probably collect those the most. Everything from a 1940s handsequinned dress make in Hong Kong to modern things from Gap's clearance rack.

That's why I need to get weight off. So I can fit into some lovely things and feel lovely again. Ya know?
I know...I have a whole wardrobe waiting for me... probs will all be vintage by the time I fit in to it.
