Anyone else using a spray no cal no carb spray? I have a crisco brand, no stick spray that is in an aerosol can I have been using.
What the heck is it if it has no carbs or calories? Do I even want to know?

I have been using the Pam olive oil spray... just a spritz or two... to lightly coat the pan. And no I don't want to know what is in it!! If I wasn't on stricttttt Still's, I would use coconut oil - but I will save that for after the wedding

Had grilled salmon and salad for dinner! Just put lemon juice on it. Yuuuum! I'm stuffed-think it was prob way too many cals today--and carbs.
Menu:
Early B-banana(i know, i know!)
B-after workout-HB egg and a small can of tuna 75gwith some chopped up cucumber.
L-150g chicken breast.
S-apple and plum.
D-150g salmon and mixed green salad.

Carbs were waaaay too high. Seriiously peeps, I gotta get back to basics.

it's a come on, there has to be trace cals, it's real oil.

I have a really well seasoned cast iron skillet that just needs a rub of oil now and then.

Subject: The Importance of Walking

The Importance of walking

Walking can add minutes to your life.
This enables you at 85 years old
to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing
home at $4,000 per month.

My grandpa started walking
five miles a day when he was 60.
Now he's 97 years old
and we have no idea where the hell he is.

I like long walks,
especially when they are taken
by people who annoy me.

The only reason I would take up walking
is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

I have to walk early in the morning,
before my brain figures out what I'm doing...

I joined a health club last year,
spent about 250 bucks.
Haven't lost a pound.
Apparently you have to go there!

Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise',
I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

I do have flabby thighs,
but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The advantage of exercising every day
is so when you die, they'll say,
'Well, he looks good doesn't he.'

If you are going to try cross-country skiing,
start with a small country.

I know I got a lot of exercise
the last few years,......
just getting over the hill.

We all get heavier as we get older,
because there's a lot more information in our heads.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

AND

Every time I start thinking too much
about how I look,
I just find a pub with a Happy Hour
and by the time I leave,
I look just fine.

You could run this over to your friends
But just e-mail it to them!
It will save you the walk!

Just baked up THREE POUNDS of boneless skinless chicken breast! Half was marinated in teriyaki sauce (2 g. carbs) and half was marinated in diet cherry cola and caribbean jerk sauce. I also got a new sauce to try with my chicken - Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce - it is delish! I dipped the teriyaki chicken in it... YUM!!! And just 1 g. carb for the sauce!

I also picked up some salmon burgers and teriyaki shrimp skewers! Yay for variety and 0 carbs

Hey peeps!! Just did a killer 2hr workout!! Having food now! I have to get my carbs back down-I'm just hoping I'm working the extras off!!
Menu-so far:
B-banana (dooo looove banans!)
L-egg white omelette with flaked salmon and green salad, and a slice of ham-eaten while I was making the omelette!
Thinking what dinner will be---prob some tuna and salad!

Apart from the bananas, I'm going back to how I lost the beginning weight-and I always felt good with the salad-so I'm hoping this will do me good!!

Awesome workout!
Have you always done stillmans with a salad? Right now I am doing clean stillman but I know that I will not be able to do it for my entire weight loss journey. I would like to maybe add a salad a day or something in a month or so.
