I just realized I am not all that sure I like my ticker. That 70 pounds of extra fat staring me right in the face. It makes me cringe. It seems like such a huge number to achieve.

I do mini goals of 10 pounds at a time, maybe you can do that, its much less scary!

Totally agree.... my fiance wanted to go out to dinner and I said okay... but we have to go somewhere that has meat! That's all I can eat really!! We picked Applebee's - haven't been there in a while. I did their sirloin & shrimp combo. Had veggies and mashed potatoes on the side - didn't touch either! He ate the mashed potatoes and I watched him eat fries

That's amazing control. I could not do it at this point. Maybe in a couple of weeks. Dang appetizers are just too yummy to not order.

Thats what I eat and its very boring but you know when you are craving one of those things you are actually hungry as opposed to just eating because its lunch (or dinner) time

when I did stills before I actaully started to hate chicken I would only eat like to chicken breasts a day and thats it cuz I just couldn't stand it anymore but I lost weight steadily so I kept with it

Loooove waiting on parcels from Mum!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually waiting for Mum now-meeting her after work-her work-me is on hols!!!! It was the Leaving Cert results here today-high school exams---so she was in setting the points for the college courses!!!
