What do most of your do with your chicken? I usually just bake it in my flavor wave oven with some seasoning. I am not real thrilled with the outcome. I'm hoping you all have some magical spice or way of cooking it that makes it yummy. lol I am doing strict stillman so I am trying to avoid all sugar and carbs.

I have only baked it wrapped up in tinfoil with a little bit of spice (carribbean jerk, or just s&p)... I just got a steamer so I may try that tonight. I really have nothing to add!! I may order some of those Walden Farms sauces for a bit of flavor... anyone try those? I wish I was more creative in the kitchen!!

Hi there...I use lemon and thyme. Balsamic with rosemary and garlic. I eat lean bacon on Stills so I also wrap chicken in bacon with a little LF cheese. I season chicken over night in tomatoes, onions, thyme salt and pepper then remove from seasoning (I don't eat this) and fry in 1 cal spray, then I add the seasoning back and simmer, after which I remove the chicken...so good. I also have curried chicken and sprinkle chives on top. The other thing I love is lime, chili and garlic chicken...which is even better when done on the BBQ. Hope this helps.

I don't think I will ever be able to eat canned chicken again... OMG. I am trying to choke it down because that is all I have to eat at work... but I don't think it's worth it. YUCK... Not to mention all the sodium in it

Never tried canned chicken...never even seen it but if I do I won't be buying it, sounds gross.

Yes I have some Walden farms stuff here. I have yet to find one that I can rave about...the tomato sauce is OK but I find the hickory BBQ sauce lacks something. I've got quite a few dressings but I don't use them as they really are not that nice IMO.

I would NOT recommend it. I tossed it and went down to the cafeteria... made a salad out of spinach, chicken breast, and hard boiled eggs. Much better!

I had some yesterday. It was fabulous compared to my over peppered, over cooked breast.

I'm surprised that you being a Maryland girl have not tried the Old Bay on it.....that stuff rocks. Sodium free tho, the original has waaaaay too much salt for me.

Makemeslim has got the game on for spices and seasonings..........

Funny. I tried some old bay for lunch. Cubed my chicken and fried it with some old bay and a small amount of 0 cal spray. It was really good.

I have used it a lot on seafood but never tried it on chicken.

OK, it is actually a crisp, smooth plain woven fabric made from silk or synthetic fibers (Wiki).

I doubt you will have to wait that long!

The taffeta is really neat looking........I just wanted either a Victorian walking suit (more like what Josie would have worn in the 1880s) or an off the shoulder southern belle style gown, but nothing fit at the consignment shop (funny how I come up as a 14-16 in a gown, the 10s all fit in the waist but wouldn't close at the back because of the girls) and when the outfit came up on ebay I bought it four hours after she had listed it.

I did find the crinoline at the consign, and it's an 8.
