The shower was fabulous! We did a "retro" theme and it was held at a Victorian bed & breakfast mansion. Amazing to have all friends and fam around for love and support!! The cupcake wasn't worth it though

Hi, all! And welcome, BlackBarbie! Day four of my vacation: I think I'm going to make myself starve today to make up for the weekend. (Just kidding, of course.)Didn't cheat severely, but did have corn on the cob yesterday and a giant tiramisu (that was awesome) on Saturday night. Haven't gained, but haven't lost either. Still feel full from last night (stomach feels "tight") b/c we grilled out some awesome ribs. Yum. So tender that the meat was falling right off the bone. So good to read here this morning and catch up on all the posts. I love hearing about weddings and showers, because they are such happy occasions. Please do keep that in mind, brides-to-be. This is supposed to be an exciting time for you, so don't get bogged down in the stress of dieting; just be good to yourself by staying on plan and you won't have to worry.

I am back! I have been off the stillman train for about a year and lost and gained the same 10 pounds countless times. I can not take it anymore so I am going back to what has always worked for me.

Oh man I ate so much this weekend so much salt too! I am not even gonna weigh myself til next week haha. I really gotta get my butt in gear I wanted to be down 15 pounds by the end of august and I got down 5 and then got lazy whenever I hit 143 I quit I don't know why. and its totally do able to lose 15 pounds in like 3 weeks on stills so I kow its me and my laziness! I want to lose 20 by halloween, I've never gotten to wear a cute costume so maybe this year i can?

I feel like I want to join in on this wedding talk but I got nothing haha I just met my new neighbour and he's pretty cute and handy so maybe I can get in on that! Perfect situation too I like living alone and he's right across the back lane so I could just walk over whenever I wanted to see him but keep my own place

I was just keeping my calories under 1200. I would do great for a month then get frustrated losing half a pound a week and eat anything I wanted for a month. It was an terrible cycle.

haha yeah it is! its actually a flaming stick. my friend hired a fire dancer/eater for her fiances 30th and she was teaching us how to eat fire, I only licked it but then it got windy so the brave ppl didn't get to eat it anyways. oh and I was completely sober cuz I was DD

Jerry’s Foods, an Annandale, Minn. establishment is recalling approximately 24 pounds of summer sausage products because of misbranding and undeclared allergens. The products contain the undeclared allergens whey and soy, ingredients in a spice blend, which are not noted on the label.

Oregon Public Health officials have identified fresh strawberries from a Newberg farm as the source of a cluster of Escherichia coli O157:H7 infections that sickened at least 10 people last month, including one person who died. The strawberries were produced last month by Jaquith Strawberry Farm located at 23135 SW Jaquith Road in Newberg. Jaquith finished its strawberry season in late July, and its strawberries are no longer on the market.

Well, Well, Well..Hello Ladies...I just got back from vacation..I was suppose to be back a few days ago, but 'my gentleman friend' supposed me with an additional 5 day Turkish holiday...It was soo much fun...On the lifestyle front...I did indulge in certain forbidden foods, but the great thing about my vacation was that I was always by beach and I jogged most mornings on it for about an hour...All in all, I came home 3lbs heavier and that is it! I impressed myself...I am up to 131 but not worried at all...In a few days it will be off because I came right back to Stillman's...It was so easy...

I mus catch up on all the posts...Take care ladies
