Hey everyone! I wanted to report that I heard from Al!!! She's as chipper as ever and enjoying every minute of those babies that she can. Work has got her a little stressed but she promised to check in with us (OK . you) in September. Her kids start back the end of August so we both promised to hit it hard. .I'm still gonna do my thing but I really love this board sooo much. . You are all so very supportive and welcoming no matter what crazy things we do!!

XXOO . .

I am home from the metropolis early today! We had to go get the Titanic from the shop so kimself dropped me there and went home while I continued to the hunting and gathering.

Poor man, RL Polo outlet is right up the road, everything in the store add'l 30% off, who needs food anyway

so I am celebrating cuz now I can just rip the size 6 jeans off the rack and home, no try on necessary

this is a huge yippee for me all..........

O and my wedding fascinator came, it's breathtaking

Sad thing-my cousin did WW for about 2-3yrs and lost about 40lbs. Stopped, and she put it all back on in less than a year. Let it be a lesson---I don't want to be one of those statistics.

Soooo my wedding is about a month away (it's on the 17th) and I really want to drop another 10 pounds. What should I eat??? What would you guys suggest??

Also, I do about 40 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week, and strength training 5 days per week.

Thank you ladies!!!

Hi Macc-if you want to drop the weight theeee fastest, I suggest-egg whites, chicken/turkey and tuna--and loads of water. Nothing else. With cardio it would be tough and you would have to introduce more things after the wedding slowly to avoid a rebound---but as a real 'crash' diet, it works the fastest!!

Oh i didn't see that you 'only' needed to lose 10lbs in the next month---then just eating clean Stillmans and keeping the cardio would do it-that's about 2lbs a week you want to lose so that's totally doable without the 'crash' element.

Thanks for the advice -- I just want to lose as much as possible and 10 pounds seems somewhat realistic in a month at this point.

Here is what I ate so far today... two hb eggs, 2 oz. pork, and 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts. This is only 474 calories... I am just a little bit hungry and it's about 9pm. Does this seem like a typical day, calories and food-wise?

I feel like that is a very low amount of calories, but I am not really that hungry.

What kind of snacks should I have at night if I am still hungry??

I never thought about that, it must be true because now I can get my arms into long sleeved shirts that I couldn't in the spring!

Last November I had to get a sz 14 shirt at Lauren because of my arms and the girls, Saturday I tried (and bought) a sz 10 dress shirt and it fits, I may have to have the bodice tailored as it's baggy below the chest!

skip the calories, no need to count! Make up a huge batch of SF Jell-o for snacks........or just keep a heap of turkey burgers cooked up in the fridge.

My typical day's menu has been the following for the last month or so....

3 hb eggs
Tuna
Mayo
Meat (steak, chicken, pork)
Veggies
Some cheese

I had been doing Atkins. Now I am cutting out cheese for sure, and veggies?

yeah you'll lose faster without the veggies unless their carbs are strictly fiber, like cukes and lettuce.

Yep! I started the "strict wedding diet" yesterday, so we will see how it goes! - Just lean meats and eggs. I was 135.8 lbs. this morning... I had wine and a cupcake this weekend at my bridal shower (followed by too much vodka) so I know I have retained some water. Hopefully I will be down tomorrow!!!

And I had a chicken breast last night for a snack!
