New to Stillman's- Calorie Question?
I know that we technically don't have to count calories. But it's my first day, and the amount of shrimp I've already eaten is embarrassing.
Do you count calories, and if you do, are your results better at lower calorie levels? Also, is it alright to marinade chicken in a "carby" marinade before grilling it? There's no added fat. |

The lower the cards the faster you will lose. how many carbs does it have per serving, Ketchup is allowed so if I am gonna have some sort of sauce I try and make sure its comparable to ketchup but thats just me. |

It's about 6 grams of carbs per tblsp. I will shake off the meat before I grill it though. Hopefully not too much stays on there.
thanks so much for your help! |
