My Stillmans one day a week adventure
Hi,:hiya:
I love the results of Stillmans,,,,but can't seem stick with it long. So Here is my new Stillmans Adventure..:) One day a week. Just one day a week. Anyday that seems to work for that week. :clap: The rest of the week is calorie counting and I will probably count the Stillman Calories too.:cool: If anyone wants to join me,,,,Please do....and Hi to all the Stillman regulars...:hiya: |

Well today I've been calorie counting and I included my late night feast so I'm already up to 1540. So I'm planning to finish off today the Stillmans way (for less calories) and Do Stillmans all day tomorrow!

eggs, chicken and boiled meatballs with mustard sauce.....Yum |
Made it through today,,,,gonna try it again tomorrow!

Well I made it through monday, but dinner time today I broke down and ate a sandwich. But I'm closing this day out with 1375 for calories and am happy with that. Yesterday was 700.

I made it through the day with just one slip up>>>>>I tablespoon of mayo....
