I had my cheat meal tonight, ugh, I feel so bloated. I should probably stay away from the scale tomorrow! Looking forward to seeing if I end up losing weight when the week is all said and done.

hey peeps

ok got 2 questions

1- can we eat chicken liver?

and 2- I've been eating these hot dogs here's what the nutritional facts say:
Serving size- 100 gm
calories 220
total fat 20 gm
sat fat- 8 gm
trans- 1gm
cholestrol- 71 mg
sodium- 67mg
carbs- 0
sugars-o
should they be okay????????? no carbs right

Never eaten chicken liver so don't know! ( and won't be having some,)
I would stay away from the hotdogs really, I'd say they're full of unidentified bits of meat for starters, and definitely full of salt. The fat looks high too-especially if you're eating a few off them.
I personally wouldn't eat them-I still think clean and lean is best. But you're right, they have no carbs, so if you're only concern is that, then yup they'd be ok!

gt- u r right I had my last of the hot dogs this morning- I realized they triggered my cravings quite a bit. As for chicken liverssssss yummmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyy hehhehehe!

I have read it and I think the plan is pretty solid with the exception of the recommendation of ephedra/caffeine.....but honestly I think that is targeted more towards the bodybuilders who are getting ready for a show and need the dangerously low body fat levels quickly. The plan can be followed without the ephedra/caffeine which is what I may try. I like the fact that it includes vegetables and actually limits protein. I can also attest to the science behind his free meals and his refeeds. I teach Zumba for an hour 5 days a week so I have no choice but to exercise,lol.

gawd, wanting dogs for the fourth but the sodium....blech. I have a Kayem coupon but I'm really looking for low sodium, turkey or beef or mystery meat makes no diff, just give me something that tastes good! this search may never end........

As for chicken livers.......divine! Chopped chick liver pate rocks. But the best thing I ever did with them was sauteed in butter and a sweet cooking wine, I made it years ago for my BFF and she was blown away; this from someone whose initial reaction was EEEEEEEEEEKKK

Ok. .skipped weigh in yesteray and weighed this morning. . up 2? What gives. . I was golden yesterday, too! The only thing I can attribute it to was the fact that I was probably dehydrated the day before (when I weighed) . . OK. yes. . that's it. . I guess I really don't know what else happed. .I worked by butt off, too. (shopping and scooping up some awesome deals at the mall. .!!)

But, Alas! That will not bring me down. . .No. .No. No. . Don't bring me down today (channeling a little Christina, there. . ). . Cuz I am Beautiful . . No matter what that stupid scale says. .

Gonna go grab some chicken out of the freezer before I forget. . Already sent hubby to fil up the tanks for the grill. .Let the great grill off begin!!!

Oh 'fair usage applies' ---KILLS me!!!!! Oh I got a huge bill from Vodafone( my cell fone provider) years ago and I was on a all-inclusive tarif, I rang up livid!!, and the guy goes but you must be using it for business, noone could talk that long, one time you were on the fone for 2 and a half hrs!!!!! Oooopsie!! They've since been made to be more fair!!

I am not using an EC stack though I do know many on another more strength training forum I read that do use it with great success. I don't need any more jitters though, I have enough trouble with insomnia as it is... I thought it was ephedra and not ephedrine that had been ruled unsafe though. Anyways, i'm only supplementing with a multivitamin/mineral, fish oil, and extra vitamin D. I haven't added fat free dairy in but I will get some skim milk this week.

No, I'm not really following them!! There's another royal wedding today! Prince Albert of Monacco is marrying Charlene! Another commoner! There's hope for us so, peeps!
Kate kinda bores me really!! I find her style waaay to boring and samey! She's wearing the same stuff as her Mother! And I think she looks incredibly old for her age-if that's what dieting and smoking does to us peeps, it should be a wake up call to us!!! (ok I don't smoke, but still)

I don't even own a pair of white jeans! They do not look good on short legs!! Plus the splashes up the back from any kind of rain never come out!
