A weird thing happened to me last night. It was my free meal night so I was looking forward to it, got a Shish Taouk plate (800-1000 cals) and then wanted to eat a dessert. I couldn't finish it, I was stuffed, the thought of more food repulsed me. And I'm a person who could easily put in 5000 cals in a binge, so the "no thanks I'm full" thing doesn't happen to me very much. But today i'm not feeling gross and bloated so that's good!

Egg white omelette for lunch. I've managed to get them to taste good without yolks now, but for some reason I can't get them to not stick in the pan! Argh.

I'm in the same boat. I used to be a 7 to 7.5; during pregnancy I became a 9! It has gone down some. I bought a bunch of size 9 shoes that are now too big. So I may be an 8.5 or even 8 now... I wonder if it helps to wear tighter shoes to force the ligaments back into place?

The length didn't really change on my feet, they just relaxed width-wise. I'm a 7.5 EE now, blech. I guess I can still wear Doc Martens , they're about the only "regular" shoes that fit my feet.

well, was it a tablespoon or a jar? And admire not..........I had a handful of fried okra and 4 oz. of coleslaw with lunch, there's a new BBQ in town and they had one dollar pulled pork and brisket sandwiches from 11 to 1......after waiting in line for forty five minutes at least I learned the best food is still at home.

If you would like my much lauded pulled pork recipe I will give, it's so delicious, so cheap and so simple any child could do it.....

I catered my Dad's wedding reception for seventy five people (country western theme)and did all the food myself.....it got huge raves!

Honestly--I think if you get involved in drugs you're pretty stupid. So I don't have any respect for people who do. So as harsh as it sounds it's her own fault. Yeah sure it's an addiction and one that's incedibly hard to break---but you sign your pact with the devil the first time you do them........Also they're illegal...

I'm guessing most people get involved in drugs as teenagers. And teenagers can be pretty stupid. Well that was my case anyways, I outgrew it in my early 20s and haven't touched drugs since (I'm 34 now). But back then I did a LOT of crap! I don't think I was ever truly addicted to them though, it was more of a "for a fun time, do this!" at parties.

Anyways, sad for Amy Winehouse but not surprised. Addictions suck.

no doubt, it's been in the nineties here all week! If I had a pool I would be in it 24/7! I couldn't beleive the therm said 100 yesterday so I took a pic of it!

My take on Amy Winehouse. . She was obviously in pain. she obviously had issues. and I feel for her (although she was never a favorite. ). but. she had her own demons and addictions. . I just happen to be addicted to Food. . . . she, addicted to substances.. . I don't know.. I just hate when people who have the whole life ahead of them do stupid stuff. . RIP, either way. . sad. . and such a waste

well it seems that I have mild heat exhaustion from being out and about yesterday.....got out of bed and the room took a spin, this happened Friday morning but I shook it off without a thought; then today feeling lightheaded all morning.......I finally broke down and drank a G2........starting to feel better but it kinda scared me........

I'm not going to go as far as to say I knew Amy but I met her a few times and she was in my opinion a lovely lady who was caught up in the grips of addiction. It is very easy to judge what we know nothing about. Addiction is a ******* and comes in many forms whether, it be drugs, booze, gambling or food for that matter...I don't believe for one minute anyone would truly "choose" to walk such a path. RIP Amy Whinehouse.

Also the 'getting caught up in things' factor is huge for someone so young.........too easy to fall into the trap, plus so young you think you're bulletproof.....
