So on Monday, June 6, I'm gonna do two weeks of hardcore Stillman.
Okay, I will have to start with my morning flax cereal - almond milk cut with water, splenda, and flax cereal - but the rest of the day it will be hardcore Stillman.

I'll sign on with ya...besides I need to try and buckle down a little more myself...
So today I'll be eating the following:
B-1 HB egg
S-1/4 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
L-Can of tuna
1 HB egg
D-1 boneless chicken breast (6 oz. grilled)
At least 80 ounces of water and a couple of pieces of SF chewing gum just to keep my mouth from being so dry (I have cottonmouth when doing this diet for some strange reason)
How about you?
here's what I ate today.
b - egg whites, flax cereal (almond milk, water, flax, cocoa powder and splenda)
l - chicken, lettuce, cucumber
snack - egg whites
d - lettuce and cod fish, hot cocoa (unsweetened cocoa, almond milk, water and splenda)
maybe I should omit the cocoa no?
I'd like to join you as well. weight loss has stalled because I have been really REALLY eating off plan. at least I haven't gained, but I really need to get back on track. I can only post for this week. I'll be out of town next week and won't have access to internet or cell phone connection.
B - 2 pieces tilapia
snack - 2 cups chicken broth
l - grilled pork
d - grilled chicken
water, CL, multi-vitamin, biotin, silicon, plus exta potassium and magnesium, 2 drops lugol's solution
the day should be easy; the hard part will be the evening with I want a cocktail :)
