CC--are you blind?????!!? OMG she fell into a bucket of the stuff!!! She couldn't move her forehead at all! It was completely smooth and glass like! Apparently she's not having as much now because she was starting to lose roles!

Oh yeah and apparently loads of peels and fillers! Look at her old picks when she was with Tom-and in Far and Away(rubbish accent too.) and you wouldn't recognise her!!!

OK. .so Al guilted me into checking in.. .((((hanging head)))) I need some good vibes. . I've let the winter blahs get to me and now that I'm facing the glorious summer. . NOTHING FITS!~! What a horrible feeling. .I have to remember this so that I never feel this way again. . My obstacle has been finding something to make me feel better NOW so that I can get my mo jo back. . perhaps I need an extra helping of my Stillman's buddies!@ Yep. .that may just slap me back to reality. .

Soooo. . Today has already been a WW day for me but I'm gonna try fresh in the morning. . Me thinks I'll still need my veggies but first things first! Must buy eggs. .must buy chicken. . Lord knows I have enough tuna (Yep. .coupons again!!). .I have enough to feed both me and hubby 3 times a day for a month . . .

And. . I know the saving grace for me will be exercise so I gotta dust off those shoes of mine and get my hiney walking. .

to everyone new and

to my great friends. Missed you guys - it is amazing how much impact you have had on me . .I am not going to read back. . I am only looking forward. . today is a new day. . June is a new month. . I will never feel like this again. . (and, for the record.. I haven't weighed myself. . I'm kinda scared to do it because my clothes are telling the whole story. . I'm just thankful that I donated all my really "fat" clothes . . . no more falling shorts or slips for me !

I promise to checkin again. .send good vibes my way. . I need them!

Okay, totally new to this diet. I'm going to try Stillman's and see what happens. I tried Atkins last year and only maintained/gained weight, and felt queasy eating that much fat and dairy.

I have lost about 10+ lbs. since February, especially since I added some extra carbs and calmed myself down emotionally and mentally. But I'm at a stall right now and like to try Stillman's and see if it helps. Not only that, but I'm vain and I'd like to eat not just for health but my figure. I'd love to be as slender as Audrey Hepburn or Sophia Lauren - old school glamour and elegance all the way!

Any words of wisdom before I embark on the ship la' Stillmans?

Hi! Congrats on the loss so far!!! Yup QWL will break a stall for sure! The best advice for the fastest results is to keep it clean and lean. So the leanest meat possible-chicken, turkey breast, canned tuna and as few eggs as possible. Cut all the AS and cream etc in your coffee. No fat, no carbs, no dairy!! You'll love the results though! It's quicker than Atkins!

Thanks for the advice for fastest results, I too like the other newbies plan to start tomorrow!! I do however, have a out of town trip planned next week for two days. Should I go ahead and start tomorrow considering I will likely eat off plan one of those two days??

Any advice on that is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!!! Yes you should start straight away!! In the words of Elle Woods-why put off til tomorow what you can do today!! Ok major LB fan!! and for your trip, i would definitely do damage limitation--bring your own food and if you have to eat other things keep them as near WWL as possible, and definiteky low carb. Your hunger will be down after a few days of WWL eating anyway, so that should make it easier! And if you slip up, forget about it, move on -right back to Stills!
