My oh my, you chicks got it goin' on! Thanks for all info!

And just because I feel I can ask this now, are y'all peeing like 20 times a day?
Drinking all this water is turning me into a spigot....
In fact, I'm in the bathroom like every 30 minutes...in fact, since yesterday I've used 2 whole rolls of tp and my husband just cracked he's going to put me on tp restriction (he tore off 2 squares and told me I had to limit myself to only 2! LOL) I won't repeat what I said to him, suffice it to say we both had a big laugh

Am I going to have to get a part-time job just to buy toilet paper?
(And do the constant trips to the bathroom subside after a week or so?)

Thanks

Brum

There are six different official regions and two informal variations.[citation needed] DVDs may use one code, a combination of codes (Multi-Region), most codes (Region 0) or every code/no codes (Region All). The commercial DVD player specification requires that a player to be sold in a given place not play discs encoded for a different region; however, region-free DVD players are also commercially available.[2] In addition, many DVD players can be modified to be region-free, allowing playback of all discs.

Region /code /Area
0 Informal term meaning "worldwide". Region 0 is not an official setting; discs that bear the region 0 symbol either have no flag set or have regions 1–6 flags set.
1 United States, Canada, Bermuda, U.S. territories
2 Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), Middle East, Egypt, Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Greenland
3 Southeast Asia, South Korea, Republic of China (Taiwan), Hong Kong, Macau
4 Mexico, Central America, South America, Oceania
5 India, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Africa (except Egypt, South Africa, Swaziland, and Lesotho), Central and South Asia, Mongolia, North Korea
6 People's Republic of China
7 Reserved for future use (found in use on protected screener copies of MPAA-related DVDs and "media copies" of pre-releases in Asia)
8 International venues such as aircraft, cruise ships, etc.
ALL Region ALL discs have all eight flags set, allowing the disc to be played in any locale on any player.

you haven't eaten enough. If that's all you've had today eat the rest of the cottage cheese (assuming 1 lb. tub here)

Take an aspirin before you eat it and have a coffee.

Why would you want your blood sugar up?

That's all I could eat without feeling too full. I'll try to eat more, but it's tough with my tiny tummy.

My blood sugar felt so low - like I was hypoglycemic. IDK, maybe I'm just adjusting to no carbs??

CCgirl, I miss Aleriaaa too. She's mentioned that she was busy at work last weekend...but I hope she comes back soon!

LV: I really like your story of eating intuitively, but I don't feel like it would work for me. I have a history of being addicted to sweets because of their taste, and seriously, I'm never going back. I don't even want to go back. For the first time, I've lost weight quickly, consistently, and easily on this diet- which has never happened before. I've tried the "balanced approach" which is supposedly including all food groups, but I had to count ALL calories and exercise 1-2 hrs intensely every day in order to lose about 2lbs a week. I gave that up after 2 months, because all this effort of exercising, preparing and counting food was taking too much time and effort, and 2lbs a week just wasn't enough motivation to get me through all of it. I've even tried fasting, and that had around the same rate of weight loss as stillman does- only WAY more torturous, and I gave that up after, like 3 days. And obviously following the food pyramid made me do nothing but GAIN weight. I think the reason why we all have our different ideas on what works for us is because we are different food types. I read here Nutritional Typing Diet - Know your Nutritional Type and Modify Your Diet so You Feel Terrific
about the 3 different nutritional types. I took the test and found out I am a strong protein type, which explains why I feel so energetic and happy on this diet. So for me, after I reach my goal weight, I'll be continuing to eat stillman style, but adding in leafy greens, such as romaine lettuce, spinach and low carb vegetables such as celery and broccoli. I don't plan on eating grains, sweets, or fruits because sweet tastes make me want to go on a carb binge. But maybe you're a carb type, since carbs seem to be important to your well being. Your plan sounds good, adding in carbs once in a while to keep your sanity. I'm totally the opposite, if I eat carbs, I lose my sanity.

Good luck everyone! The weekend is coming up, and everyone seems to have done well so far.

He also limits egg yolks. His second phase Cruise alternates between protein only days(QWL) and days with protein and veg together.
Both of these 'diets' are very low fat as opposed to Atkins which advocates fat.

Either way I would stay away from nuts--as far as I know they aren't allowed on the first phases of Atkins!

In my opinion the fastest loss comes from QWL, the second fastest from Dukan's Cruise phase and the least quickest is Atkins! .......now whichever one keeps you sane is another thing!!!
i love my nuts loll its a filling fat for me.. sunflower seeds and macdamian(sp) nuts r my favor. i been eating sunflower seeds daily

Survived my walk but have a killer headache! I know it's temp. So I'll suck it up. Ooo and had a wonderful revelation. Gonna get the dressing table and plan to invert mirror to Hang on wall. Will use stool as accent piece and dressing table as desk!

Are you diabetic?
If not stay why would you want your blood sugar up? It's because it's low we lose weight(kinda!) i wouldn't have thought drinking a diet soda would raise it, but if it does then for fat burning purposes I would stay away from that too!
If you just feel weak in a 'normal' way then you're probably dehydrated so drink up water! And eat a bit more!

Ok I didn't read your blog so dunno!!! But if you're not diabetic and normally healthy then I don't really think you could be hypoglycemic that quickly with no carbs. I think it's cos you're adjusting to no carbs. Atkins calls it induction flu!!!
