Actually I think all this talk about 'tweaking' is a relatively new addition to this thread! I think it's because some of us are maintaining, some are very near goal and some have been doing this for so long it's become tedious!!
If you read the older threads on Stillmans the advice was always to stick to plan!! I think really the only 'tweaks' that were done was a little creamer in coffee(in my case, skimmed milk in tea) and Al drank CL. That was it!

CC: On the refeed, which I did purely for stimulating my metabolism and not pleasure, I just ate pure carbs, and as little protein and fat as possible. I ate noodles, crackers, had sugar in tea, raisins, etc...really insulin-raising foods.
I'll try the potassium, the calf pain is literally the worst thing I've ever experienced.

Yeah I've read about refeeds-the idea seems good!! High carbs , low fat! Supposedly ups leptin levels or something! I'm glad it worked for you!

I dunno if you put sweetner in the egg whites for the meringues? If you did that's why you could be up-water weight! If you didn't then your menu looks perfect, i'd say just ignore the scale and the weight will go back down again. Keep drinking lots of H2O!!
I used stevia in the meringues, only 1/2 tsp of NuNaturals. According to their website, it has 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 fat...pretty much 0 everything.

Thanks Getting There!

How many eggs is too many eggs?

So far today I've had egg beaters/egg whites twice, both for breakfast and a before lunch snack, and two actual HB eggs later in the day.

If I wanted another HB egg later would it be OK? I don't want to over-do anything and I'm trying to follow this to the T!

Also-- spicy mustard? Is that alright? I found spicy mustard, a mashed HB egg, and tuna with some ground black pepper is AMAZING! Hahaha

Al please translate o GT I am not laughing at your expense

I just had to read it three times to compute

On a similar note my phone company thinks, again, for the third year in a row that they can get DSL to me

so with installation waived and a thirty day satisfaction guarantee the Clampetts installation is next Tuesday

O no girl we have the rural solution..........Hughesnet satellite internet.

Although I must admit back in the days before music licensing, I hacked prob five thousand tracks on Kazaa with dial up. I would load them to download before I went to bed and in the morning it was like Christmas, finding what had uploaded during the night.

from SpeedTest.net-using this machine, just two years old
HP CQ60US AMD Athlon Dual Core 2.00GHz processor 2 g RAM 3g HDD

pinging a server in Lawrenceville Kansas, Oh, prob 2K miles away 995 ms

download speed .45 Mbps upload .22 Mbps

Hughes states 1 MB speed, not here

it's about 2/3 the speed of real DSL

akagal; I am 3 quarters inch taller, and my dream is to get to 140. Now I can figure out what I will look like, given your pic, as we are built about the same. I think you look perfect! You don't look haggard or boney. You look trim and fit! Perfect! And congratulations!!!

IM2: for a fifty year milestone, a spa certificate, even a pedicure or if you can get her a facial, would be great. Anything to help her feel pretty, and be served.

thats what I was thinking, myself. . I have a 2 year old certicate that my Boss gave me (for a massage/pedicure/manicure or hair ($100.00) worth. that I could give to her. I never felt good enough to use it on myself. . kill two birds with one stone. I'm feeling guilty for never using it!
