T, the exercise did get the scale moving again. I was doing some internet research about how to break through plateaus, and one thing they mentioned was a refeed- but I knew that wouldn't work for me, because when I cheated the last two times, I just gained pure fat, not water weight.
Yesterday, I ran for about 40 minutes and then lost 0.8 lb, which is about the normal rate of weight loss on stillman's, and was really happy. I'm hoping my body won't get used to exercise quickly, or else I don't know what I would do if I was on another stall. Gosh, I can't believe I stall so easily, since I've only lost like 11 lbs and still have a quarter of a hundred lbs to lose. I think my body is rebelling against me- now that I've finally gotten the willpower part, the metabolism isn't complying...
I also really miss eating eggs, I haven't been eating them since yesterday because of the fat in the yolk that makes it so delicious.
But oh well, as long as the scale moves quickly, I'll be happy. Fat or no fat, exercise or no exercise, whatever the cost.

No i dont feel thin at all either. I know my BMI is low enough and yeah I wear small clothes but I always feel like a fraud when I buy them. I def dont see thin in the mirror-i dont really see overweight either just 'big' or 'heavy' or something. I always think girls are much thinner than me. And so it kills me when people ssy oh you're so skinny. I'm like-are you blind!! Dunno!
BTW-and again it's not my business or anything!!-but I did think you looked very thin now, when I saw the pic in the turquoise top. I don't think you should loose any more.

I stocked up on the ff stuff in Tesco-it was half price!! But interestingly it has a higher carb count than the German one!

Hey there peeps!!

GT- a special round of applause for using the iphone and typing more than three words!! and I have to charge mine all the time!! Anything you do webwise will suck all the power out of that thing. Check out Pandora (streaming music) and see if you can get a Netflix account. You can watch movies anywhere!! Very cool. You coulve done this on your ipad too..

Its been brought up before without an answer, but my question is....how do we lose weight, but keep our cheeks? I think this is the main reason people think we get too skinny. So our bodies still have a way to go, but are faces lose there fullness. Right now my face looks healthy, but my thighs look big!! I think I look older too when my face isnt fuller..

actually, I need to know how to keep my butt cheeks too.

I think this is a good time for you to start eating ribs and brisket! You have such good control and wont eat too much. See how it goes. Your weight may rise the first week, but it should come right back down the following week! I lived off fatty meat for a while, and still kept my weight down. Your metaboilism is in check, so you should have no prob!! yum.. ribs.

But no sauce!

As for steak..If you plan on being an all meat eater for a while, ribeyes or chuck eye, or beef ribs, would be the best for your health. If you are planning on adding veggies soon, then stick with filet mignon, or london broil or roasts, minus the fatty edges.

PS- my eyes focused right in on those chips!!

Try having your eggs and ground beef together! Our old friend Nermo dropped like 60 pounds eating her beef scrambles. Only 16 pounds to go- That is great!!! You can do it!!

Cheek Exercises

For a fuller face, begin with your cheeks. They are naturally the meatiest part of your face, so toning them up will increase their muscles mass and make your face appear more plump and full. One exercise you can do is really simple. Stick one of your fingers in your mouth and close your lips around it. Suck on your finger for five seconds as hard as you can while sucking in your cheeks. Release, and repeat 15 more times. This will help strengthen your cheek muscles and enhance the circulation and oxygen flow to your face, so your cheeks look more pink and full.

Another exercise is to pucker your lips out as far and as tight as you can. Then, bring your lips back into a smiling position with your mouth shut tight. Hold for about five seconds, extend your lips out again, and then bring them into the smile another time. Repeat this 15 times, and you will actually feel your facial muscles begin to get weak, because you are really working them.

One last cheek exercise is really simple. Place your index finger and middle finger on each cheek and then slowly rub in a circular motion. This will stimulate the muscles, which will thicken them up and cause them to look fuller.

Will do, thanks for the tip. I know Tanya says no meat is fat free ( and I know she's absolutely right ) but I swear extra lean turkey and dry chicken breast has got to be fat free, blech!!! I will eat it if I have to but I would rather at least try it with the lean ground beef first, lol. Plus with my workout regimen I need to eat a little more fat. Today is a planned cheat day, I know, I know so soon after only 4 days on strict plan but it is my brother's graduation cookout and I decided that this is a journey, not a destination and I can handle a few days set back. I will be right back on plan tomorrow!
