T you look great in your bikini shot.

I am due to go on a beach holiday v.v.soon less than a week.
I am pleased with my weightloss with Stills and even the contour wrap which I have had has helped I will be wearing cover ups this time around but next year well that will be different thing.

Good Morning,

A quick drive by...Love the photo AkaGal...I wish I was as bold...Maybe I'll get there when I go on my vacation in August...GO MAVS is right...Since my beloved Spurs just upset me this year, I'm glad the Mavs are there to disrupt the Heat (I'm NO fan of LBJ...I like Wade though)...

Happy Belated Birthday, GT ..I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday...I have a completely different understanding when it comes to marriage...Maybe I will share and maybe not...I was married once during medical school and divorced during medical school...My attention span is very limited and fluid....Ever changing....I'll speak on this later...

CC, I'm glad you are staying out of the heat..I'm trying to in Houston...It is hot hot hot and I'm a more temperate kinda girl...I love four seasons and will be happy to get outta here...I think I'm the person who likes to visit family, but not live to close....I like my space...I think I'm revealing too much about 'me'...

It is a tuna and ground turkey day for me today....Take care and happy losing...

I'm so mad that I only lost 0.4 lb in the last 3 days. Ok, that's it. No more egg yolks for me anymore, and I'll try to do 1 hr of exercise today. I hope I can start losing weight again. So frustrating!

What? I talk about myself often enough...Your significant other seems to have thought pleasantly of you making sure the fridge had some goodies in there for you...Remember it is the thought that counts..He may have gotten some things wrong, but at least he is making the effort and supporting your goals...That is special

Ok--MAVS time....Let's go Mavs...Let's go!!!!

Day three went ok, down a half a lb, considering I have been stalled I will take it 16 more lbs to go! Not sure what is on the menu today probably eggs and lean ground beef. I am enjoying my lean ground beef burgers with mustard and sugar free bbq sauce. I am going to try no coffee or diet sodas today I am sad just thinking about it, lol. Only water!! I found some all natural raspberry lemonade drink packets at wally world they are made by the true lemon brand and they are sweetened with stevia. Not the greatest thing ever made but they are all natural and at least they have flavor.

GT, somewhere I must have missed it was your born day!! So happy late born day!!!!!

oh yes he does a great job for you!
My Hubby is like that too. Always trying to help me in some way...one time he roasted chicken wings and I told him I couldnt really have the skin on it, and he was so defeated..I felt so awful after the work he had done, I went ahead and ate a few and just tried to peel the skin back

Hey,

if you swapped out that burger meat with some other leaner( yet still filling) meats you may have some faster progress.
cutting the coffee and diet soda wont be as much of a help if you are having fattier meats right now..

OMG !

Last night we were all at a sports bar watching our home team the great and wonderful DALLAS MAVERICKS

(WOO WOO!!! BLUE OUT!!! )

And I was so excited because there was a turkey burger on the menu. So I order it, with NO bun , of course. I had a nice spicy mustard to dip it in, and I was good to go, mouth watering and everything.

The burger comes and its awful. Its like this flat, ridiculous small piece of pressed turkey... I was hoping for a large, thick and juicy ground turkey burger. WRONG.. I had to have a FEW drinks just to take the edge off. LOL

This is my photo documentation of the "hot mess turkey burger"

It is the lean ground beef, only 4g of fat per serving. I am not willing to go fat free, that is dangerous. I am having a hard enough time doing this as it is knowing what I know about nutrition, lol. And I am cutting out the diet soda and coffee because I am trying to limit my intake of artificial ingredients, no worries about it moving the scale along. I had actually given them up and was only eating all natural foods, but in an attempt tp go low fat I started "using" again, lol. I needed something dangit! But, on that note, caffeine can stall weight loss in some people. But thanks for the advice if things don't pick up in the loss dept I will probably just maintain for a while. I have lost enough weight that if I have to take a break so to speak before I try losing again I will. I won't sacrifice my health for a number on the scale Have a great weekend everyone!!

Hey I definitely did not mean no fat ! I don't think that even exists in a meat
I was just thinking about some weeks where i would eat fish and turkey and seemed like it helped the scale move
Maybe I read wrong but it sounded like to said you were at a stall so I kind of was offering advice on ways to get your number moving again

I would not try to suggest you do anything to hurt yourself or cause harm
I know that a lot of stillman followers tend to cut beef type Products to help fight a stall because it's considered fattier ?

I'm no expert I just wanted to Clarify what I was saying , no harm meant

Stillmans is strict and a lot of people would argue that the whole diet is harmful or " risky" so I guess we are free to pick and choose what part of Tw diet we deem to be " healthy"

My real goal weight is 105. I know it's low but honestly I don't weigh up heavy! I know it's scary that I weighed 250lbs then! But honestly I don't look like I weigh 120lbs now. I want to weigh 7 and a half stone which is how we weigh-in stones. There are 14lbs in a stone. It's a long time since I weighed that though! Dunno I suppose I think that if I'm slightly underweight then I'll believe I'm thin.plus it was what I weighed after I had anorexia as a teenager and I felt thin but better. Dunno really if I'll ever weigh it though!!! We'll see!
