Down another lbs this AM. That makes 4 lbs. since starting this Thursday. Hopefully the inches start soon. I'm hoping my bust doesn't increase anymore on Stills or I'll soon be Jane Russell with Sophia Lauren's hips! BB & GT How are my vintage lovin' girls? I'm normally an Audrey girl, but for some reason I've been in a Sophia Loren mood; SL is definitely my body type too. I don't like a lot of her movies (story line, her acting is great though). I'm thinking of winging my eyeliner and putting on some falsies. Soon as I'm down some inches, I'm getting me a cute Sophia dress.

Good morning all! I am going to *try* and do hardcore stillman's for a few days but just increase my consumption of meat overall, the last time I tried it hardcore I don't think I was eating enough and I fizzled out during my Zumba classes. Since I teach 5 days a week I have to have energy to get through the class, so I am going hardcore starting today to see how I do....I will just have to remind myself to eat! When I go all protein my appetite decreases greatly. Wish me luck, I am so ready to be done with weight loss mode. Cooking up some tilapia, turkey burgers and pork tenderloin for today

Good Morning
![]() CC--Thanks for your words of encouragement...My Mom has had moments of trepidation when she thinks of me leaving in a few months time, but I try to tell her that I WILL NOT BE in the line of fire...I will be at some hospital most of the time or somewhere safe....I have no desire to take my talents to the war zone, but I cannot dictate where I go...I can, however, give them my priority locations which are Japan, UAE, Kuwait...Great places and calm calm calm....Good eats as well...I will be fine...No worries...I love challenges.. Al--I agree, yet again, with CC..You ate meat..Perhaps high in fat, but meat non the less...Do you think I felt guilty with the 6 oz ribeye last weekend? No! I enjoyed it and got on the scale the next morning not even holding my breath when it said 134...I go up 1 and come down 2 a few days later...No worries...I'm content to play the cat and mouse game knowing that if I eat chicken and tuna for a week (the advice you just gave a returnee) that weight will cease and retreat...Knowing that I control my weight for the first time in my life makes me feel good...You have that control as well and I am so proud of you...You are our champion and our cheerleader...You may have had 9 or 10 hotdogs, but good grief, you are doing excellent...Awesome job Liv Vin--Interesting you like vintage..I've been reading your posts and I like particular vintage and classic clothing..But I must admit that I am in the same category as GT...I think I like a mix of the two....I guess with my weight going from 261 to what it is now, my wardrobe choices have changed tremendously over this year...I wish I could eat cornbread and not gain..You are a lucky one... back Oj...Follow the wonderful peoples advice and you will be back down in no time....IM2F--Follow your plan and stick to it...You will see results soon...Just stick to plan... I cannot finish my thought right now...I've been hailed....Talk to ya'll later...Take care and I hope to continue later today... Have a Great Meat Filled day... ![]() |

BTW: anyone here feel warmer body temp-wise since going Stills? If the house is even a bit warm at night, I am so hot I cannot sleep. That's unusual for me...I'm not usually this warm.

I am Zumba instructor at a local gym so I HAVE to workout, apparently God has a sense of humor...he knew this was the only way I would work out on a regular basis. And this is the only job I can have that doesn't interfere with homeschooling my children and still technically being considered a stay at home mom, I only work for 1 hour a day. In addition to the pay my whole family gets a free gym membership so it is really a great deal and I am not willing to give it up. So I am going to give it another shot, otherwise I will have to go higher fat. I have been at a horrible stall for a while now and was hoping Stillman's could break that. Again, I don't think I was initially eating enough and I am going to take my vitamins faithfully....prayerfully that will work. But I will be careful, I can't be passing out while doing a salsa step![]() |

ok I have read the last few posts about your wanting to stay strict but having to make adjustments due to your work out. I think you should be ok, as long as you eat real close to your work out time frame. Back when I was working out a lot more,I would get close to passsing out but only when I was doing my real hardcore work. I am not saying that Zumba is not the real deal! but I did Turbo kick and spin class and was pretty much ok, as long as I ate an egg and 1 chicken breast, an hour prior to the class. I dont think you are in any harm or there will be any problem, just re-time your meals and run some tests, see which foods give you the most to get through your classes without keeling over. its only the 1 hour, I feel strongly that you can make it and you can do this, without consistently going off plan. |
