What an amazing morning reading through all your posts!!! So many successes, so many great ideas, a few new members, and LOADS of laughs!!! You girls are the best!!
IM2- I cant even tell you how happy I am to hear from you!!! I know life gets in the way sometimes, but know that we think of you every day!!! Im serious! If you dont mind pming me your email address, just so I can check in every once in a while, that would make me feel better. I promise not to be stalkerish. Just a "hey-whats up? you still out there, peep?" a simple reply of "yes" would suffice! love ya!! xoxox Tanya- dont buy the commandments. we have them all posted out on theis board. I will resurrect them once I find them. Thinking November 2009, but I'll look into it! |

So peeps. Im another year older, and i made it through on meat. Hubby and kids had a little surprise party for me, and they baked me the most beautiful choclate cake I had ever seen. I swear, hubby shows me up all the time in the kitchen. I have forgotten how to cook anything besides meat!! LOL. It was a great time though, and although the cake looked (and smelled) great, I was slightly disappointed it wasn't made of steak!
I had a bad experience last night, which is actually the second time in the last few weeks. I cant eat eggs. Puked my head off in the middle of the night. Now I know I probably overdid them. Had my pound of turkey, like usual, but also had 6 eggs, or was it 8 thru the day. This happened to me after easter too when I finished off the leftover eggs. I thought it was a bad egg, but I'm thinking now its just eggs in general. sorry to be gross. I have run into this occasionally in the past, on an all meat diet, where there is a limit I can take in of fat before I get sick. Not a good feelin. Anywho..enough of the dismal..I am feeling great today, and Im ready to kick it up a notch. Im back to black coffee, chicken, and tuna until I cant take it no more. I'm ready to get out of the 120's and hopefully, if my calculations are correct, that will be by the end of next week. |

all the maintenace talks have really got me thinking of what my plan should be. so this is what Im gonna try: QWL until goal of 115, then inches off (carrots- holla!) to see if my thighs can get any smaller, then the Stay Slim calorie counting, where I plan my meals at least 2 days in advance. Tanya will be a seasoned maintainer by then and I can model my meals after her, GT, CC, and Dukan himself!

Morning all, have to post quickly since my time is limited on the internet
![]() I am down 3 pounds in two days so I am pretty happy about that. Looking forward to more cheat-free days. I bought the Dukan Diet book, not a bad read but the first phase (which is very close to good ole doc Stillman) is too short to keep you motivated. The different phases are very interesting especially the one that you need to stay on for a specific amount of time, it coincides with how much weight you have lost. His final phase could be the way to go for life, it is very doable and seems more like a way of life than a diet.

Morning!
I stuck to plan last night and only had the sashimi and green tea, I even passed up ice cream, me passing up ice cream is something thats never happened, so yay! I am having another tuna chicken day if I keep losing at this rate I should be pretty close to 20 pounds lost by June 1st, I am just gonna stick to my plan, we were supposed to have a meeting this NMorning for our Cardiology Tech program and it was cancelled but someone forgot to cancel the food so there are all these muffins and fruit sitting in the office, I don't like fruit (which works out well for lc haha) but thye muffins are looking good, I had a hb egg and it seems the muffin craving has passed, I need your encouragment to avoid the free food haha |

Morning all. When I got up this a.m. I thought I looked significantly slimmer in the mirror. Since today is the first day of week 2 on Stillman's I decided to take a peek to see where I am on the 7-15 pounds lost in the first week expectancy.
I was 210.2 on April 27th and today I'm 200.4! That's 9.8 pounds released in the past 7 days. I'm very happy with that and if I can release another 5 in the next week I'll be elated! I got my rebounder yesterday, used it for the first time last night and it was AWESOME! I'll be doing that for exercise with a couple days walking thrown in when I want some fresh air and weights 3 times a week. Have a great Stillman's day everyone. ![]() P.S. Happy Birthday Aleriaaa ![]() |

Anytime I see a loss, I immediately change my stats and accept is as reality so I am forced to hold myself accountable to that weight! I dont want to be ashamed to have to go back and adjust it. It has worked like a charm. |

It did seem as if you were shoving down an awful lot of eggs, probably more than what is necessary. I would probably puke too if I ate 8 eggs in one day! I think my max is 5 eggs, and thats with some of those being mixed into omelet form. ![]() |

I've been at the same weight for 4 days, which would normally be alright, however May 10th is looming, and my goal weight for the fitting is 140 on the dot. I have to somehow shake off 3 lbs in 6 days.
My #1 plan of attack is exercising every day , again. I stopped doing that because Stillmans works so nicely that I dont have to workout every day anymore ( thank you Lord). however with the deadline looming, I must throw all extras and caution to the wind. Workout back in full force, as in 1 full hour of cardio, no BS I also have to cut a bit of fat out that I have allowed to squeeze back in . My weight has never gone up since MArch 31, only down, so I am glad for that, BUT now we must see movement, and quickly oh how I wish for the easy days of the first week, when I would lose like 3 lbs in ONE night! LOL argghhh, well my gym bag is packed, my tuna and black coffee await me this week is gonna suck |
