EGGS
Hey Everyone
I have seen a lot of posts about eating eggs I want to say that I eat a CRAP ton of eggs. I Think my egg eating is starting to go up and up! I just freaking love eggs, plus I adore the fat free egg substitute in the carton Back in the old days I would wonder why "old people" were always eating egg substitute, and now look at me, basically drinking right out of the carton! ![]() I eat no less than 5 to 7 eggs per day, probably more than that if I count the omelets I am always making at like 10 pm! HA HA ok so thats my EGGY rant I had a great memorial day, I had a small diet glitch being that we were out on the lake , no health foods except shrimp! So I ate some eggs and turkey bacon BEFORE we went to the lake, and then I proceeded to eat NO food from 1 pm to 10pm, and I had a countless number of vodka/water drinks ( literally I Dont remember how many). I think I had a boiled egg before I went to bed , because there was an empty egg shell on a small plate by my bed this morning. Isnt that hilarious? I wake up to an egg shell, but I am not sure what happened. ![]() Wow, it was a GREAT time. I had a real blast. Even though I had all that alcohol, I find it odd that I still somehow did not touch any fries, ribs, burgers, nachos, and all this food that hovering around me! I didnt weigh myself this morning ( why bother today right? ) but I feel exactly the same as the day before, so I wont worry. I Get my dress back Weds night and I Am OVER The MOON and how wonderful its going to look now that the alterations are going to be correct! Well this week is egg, tuna, turkey and deer meat week! We gotta make sure that 135 is right there. I feel confident that it will be just fine Last edited by akagal20; 05-31-2011 at 08:04 AM.. |

![]() Emeril John Lagasse (pronounced /ˈɛmərəl ləˈɡɑːsi/ em-ər-əl lə-gah-see; born October 15, 1959)[1] is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, television personality, and cookbook author. A regional James Beard Award winner, he is perhaps most notable for his Food Network shows Emeril Live and Essence of Emeril as well as catchphrases such as “Kick it up a notch!” and “BAM!”[2][3] The "Emeril Empire" of media, products and restaurants generates an estimated US$150 million annually in revenue. Lagasse initially gained fame in the culinary world as executive chef of Commander’s Palace. After leaving Commander’s he opened his first restaurant, Emeril’s, in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1990. It was designated “Restaurant of the Year” in Esquire magazine of that year. Lagasse is mainly known for his emphasis on Creole and Cajun cooking styles. Indeed, many of his restaurants—as well as his corporate office—Emeril’s Homebase, are located in New Orleans. Lagasse is the executive chef and proprietor of thirteen restaurants. Emeril first appeared on television on the show Great Chefs where he was featured on no fewer than ten episodes including Great Chefs, the Louisiana New Garde, New Orleans Jazz Brunch and Great Chefs - Great Cities.[10] After several appearances on several other FoodTV programs, Lagasse hosted his own show, The Essence of Emeril. “Essence” in the title refers to Emeril’s Essence, the name of a spice blend of his own concoction that he frequently uses in his cooking, and which is commercially available in several flavors. He also often suggested that viewers of his show create their own spice blends that reflect their personal tastes and be unafraid to use them to customize the dishes he would teach. Lagasse has been nominated eight times for a Daytime Emmy Award for his Food Network shows without winning. On television, Lagasse is known for his light and jovial hosting style as well as several catchphrases, including "BAM!",[11] "kick it up a notch," "aw, yeah, babe" and "feel the love," usually said before or after adding something spicy to a dish, or after the reaction to adding something, respectively. When frying or making dishes like sausage, Lagasse advocates using genuine lard, boasting, "Pork fat rules!" This style developed fully and Lagasse became more comfortable when a live studio audience was added in the change from Essence of Emeril to Emeril Live. pork fat rules.....les bonton roulet! ![]() |

going back to the boob talk - I have always WISHED I had a more athletic build, i have sisters - all shaped like rulers, skinny, lean - except for me. A true hourglass figure all the way. Now, I celebrate it but it took awhile - and it's a lot easier to celebrate when you're a size 6-8 instead of 20-22. For a long time, my hourglass was more like a top heavy snowman! Thanks to Dr. Stillman, I can fill out my vintage Diane von Fürstenberg wrap dress beautifully! Now, if I only had somewhere to wear it!!!

Everyone seems to wish they had a bigger chest, but I wish I was taller
CCgirl, I can't believe your chest size actually increased while losing weight, I've never heard of this happening before. And yay, I also made it through this weekend without cheating. With luck, I can get to 125 by the end of this week! So excited.... |
