Keep looking, at the very worst, you should be able to find 2% or 1%...the 4% is the highest I have seen, you should def be able to find less

Dont allow yourself to be hungry and dont be afraid to just eat more meat when you feel hungry. You can't hurt your weight loss, by eating more lean meats when you feel hungry

Tanya Thanks for the encouragement and support and I will come to the board for it.
I will be going on holiday in June for 10 days and whilst I wont be at my target weight of 154 pounds I will have lost some weight AND inches and not look too bad.
The best thing is I have a doable game plan to drop the excess weight with Stillmans and along with my exercise my ultimate goal is to be slim, fit and I know I will be super happy.

I understand. I am getting married on June 4, and I have been struggling for nearly 1 whole year to try to finally get to my goal weight. I stumbled apon the Stillman plan on a tip from my Dad, and in only a month time I was dropping weight and raising eyebrows.
I Feel so much happier now, healthier now and way less stress.
Stillmans is doable and very easy plan to follow, I just followed his book and come to these boards, and the weight just came off.
You will be fantastic for your holiday in June! You may lose more than you anticipate !
Every where I go my friends and family are coming up to me, asking what my plan is...they see me losing but they also see me eating...a lot..so they are confused! Its great. I feel like a star. Thanks to Stillman, and you will too!

There are about 40 recipes of JUST desserts and Cottage Cheese recipes.

At home the sf version has like 8cals a portion!! And surprisinly it really fills you up!! It's sweetened with Aspartamine though so I've no idea what that does to me--I don't drink diet drinks!!
Does yours have aspartamine?

There are other brands which use Splenda , mine does not use Splenda

But Dom, I have found something by splenda that has helped a ton, you can use this instead of creamer!
Its like a dream come true, adds flavor to coffee without the GUILT!

I'm allergic to Aspartame - so I skip the Jello and other sugar free foods. Bummer eh?
There's a mixed opinion on Aspartame - for some people it's great! And for people like me, the hives and stomach ache (and occassional asthma attack) aren't worth the sweet taste.

As far as skim milk - I've found in America that when they remove fat from a product, they up the sugar content. No wonder we're such an overweight nation.

Except Obama, who IS starting to look a bit grey... and he's so thin. Some of the magazine covers at the grocery store think he's got an eating disorder. I think maybe it's just the stress.

Nope I'm not allergic to either - I do make some things with stevia. But I'm not much of a cook lol.

I've never found any pre -made sugar free products that didn't contain aspartame. Although I'm on a mission tomorrow - I think the Whole Foods type store here has more options

BM, you did well to stay clear of the dessert..Sometimes, dinner with the family is anxiety ridden...Do you remember when AkaGal was out in Cali for her bachelorette party a few weeks ago, or when GT goes home or Mar and going to dinner with friends? Sometimes, life happens and regardless of our intentions, the restaurant has its own agenda...You are doing well though and don't beat yourself up so much...

AkaGal, I use that splenda as well with my coffee...It's so nice to see a little of your office space...Wonderful .....Al...

GT, Pres. Obama was grey as soon as he finished taking the oath of office in Jan 2009..He had to clean up Bush's mess and it is a daunting task...At least he quit smoking... dominais...

sallyb, I agree with AkaGal...Follow the plan to the tee and you should do well...Just take things one day at a time and plan your meals..Make a few chicken breasts or boil some eggs enough for a few days...That usually helps in cravings or impeding a bad food choice....

So, I have been seeing those commercials for MIO and I think I'm gonna pick up a few at the store this weekend...I'm stocked at the moment with CL and I am trying to avoid going to the grocery store so frequently...It can be addictive..I LOVE buying meat...I like looking at the different cuts and comparing prices from store to store...Anyway, that is my own neurosis...I hope all you mother's had a wonderful day yesterday...My sister and I took out our mother and aunt to a seafood cafe on Saturday and then we made dinner on Sunday for my mom...She really enjoyed it...She also likes chocolate and her favorite is Godiva, so we got her a few morsels...Anyway, it was a good day...Take care and have a pleasant day everyone...
