I don't think mustard is a problem
I read the labels and I don't see any bad ingredients
I eat mustard on Eveything , it's my saving grace

I wonder about AS-I haven't had any but I think when I'm craving something sweet they'd be good....I just here so often they stall people!!

Morning ladies!

I seriously feel like I'm melting away on Stillman's and it's awesome! Can't wait for Wednesday morning to see how what's happened in the past two weeks look in numerical form.

I'll be doing the plan for 8 weeks (6 weeks left as of Wednesday) then taking a few days break to go shopping, set up my times with the trainer and then start the Body for Life program for 12 weeks. Until then my goal is to have released 40 pounds. I'll take care of the final 20 doing BFL.

Other than that just popping it to say congrats, good work and keep it up to all the reports of weight loss, graduation and whatever else I missed over the past couple of days.

Have a great weekend and looking forward to everyone's progress updates next week.

How crazy is it that when you start back to strick LC your body pees a river! Man, talk about kidney overload.

I'm feeling GREAT! I already see a difference in my legs, the knee area that is! Darn that squishy fat on the bk of my legs and butt. Man! How skinny do I have to get to NOT have that. Well, I shall see in the next 2 mo. as I'm gonna get there.

THANKS again, ladies for the encouragement to eat as much lean prot as I want as it has really helped me. No more this 4 oz crap. I'm plowing down 8-10 oz at each sitting. So, there body!

P.s. OH NO! I just took a shower and really looked at my body and I've gained probably 15 lbs. I'm so MAD at myself. What was I thinking eating the outsides of donuts and drinking like a saylor. ARGH And, I think I've even lost wt too. What a idiot I am. Well, I have a ton going on in my life rt now so Im not going to be too hard on myself, but still. I know better...

Okay, so I have another q. Trader Joes has these fresh, not so preserved turkey and ckn cold cuts. I've been eating them, are they okay. There's no added sugar and like 1 carb per 2 oz. Whats the skinny on the cold cut stuff.

Also, does anyone stall out due to AS. I'm drinking Diet Hansons like water. As it really took the edge off till I got in Ketosis. Does anyone know ?

What about Rock Star's. I've been having 2 of those a day made with Splenda. it says 1 carb per serving, but I don't know the rule on those. Most of you are having Crystal Light so I'm hoping this is okay.

Man, AM I MOTIVATED NOW. I COULD JUST KICK MYSELF. HOW LONG IS GOING TO TAKE ME TO GET THIS STUPID WT OFF, I PROBABLY HAVE 20 TO LOSE.

Beth Sch--I use to eat cold cuts on atkins, but I haven't since I made the transition to Stillman's...I try to eat pure lean meats as much as possible except for my turkey bacon with no carbs...How can there be 1 carb if there is no sugar unless there are some fillers that are producing those carbs...I'm not aware what Rock Star's are, but when I want something besides water, I drink CL, tea/coffee or diet dr pepper with cherry (love it and only drink a 16oz per week..I try to drink shot glass fulls every so often...It is like a shot of vodka but not since I don't consume -OH beverages)....

Happy Saturday, everyone! Just quickly checking in. Tanya, those blue shoes are fabulous! I SO wish my wide feet would fit in shoes like that. I am cursed with my mom's feet, and she has to special order her shoes. I have a heck of a time shoe shopping.

I was down to 178.5 this morning. I think the .5 will be "eliminated", so I'm calling it 178. The best news is that for the first time, my jeans are actually feeling baggy on me, so I tried on my old favorite jeans that are a smaller size, and they fit. I can actually WEAR them again. Woohoo!
I'm about to go shopping for a dress to wear to my sister's graduation. I'm hoping to find something that looks halfway decent. I still hate clothes shopping. That will all start changing over the next couple of months, yay!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Im in maintain mode, I guess. (or this is my excuse :blush Scale bouncing between 126-128. I really need to put my foot down and keep it lean for a couple days, but unfortunately, I'll probably start tomorrow. Have ya heard that one before? I need a good kick in the pants!!!

Im happy, well satisfied, with my weight right now, but I just know as the next few weeks come, and the weather gets warmer, Im gonna wanna be 10 pounds lighter. So I must do something about it now!!! Ok..fine.. I'll finish my coffee (w/cream) first.

Ya know..I never talk about TOM here, cause it's always a non-issue with me. But I gotta say, this week has been the week from hell for everyone that comes in contact with me. I have been a crazy cranky witch!! Hubby told me I needed a carrot or something... I have the right to blame TOM, right? I'll blame anything but my meat!!

I only lost 6 lbs this week. I know that's technically a lot, but Stillman promises a 7-15 lbs loss the first week! I also jogged twice during the week (about 3.5 miles) and did some weight training on my arms.

I think I know what I did wrong. First of all, way too much ground beef. I think I had ground beef at least 4 times during my first week, and lots of it. Secondly, when I began to record my meals in a food log, I became obsessed and distracted by the calorie counts. So next week, I'm done with the ground beef, and only will enter my meals into the log either at the end of the day or the next morning. Also, I think I need to drink more plain water. I'm at the point where almost every cup has some sort of sugar free sweetener in it!

Hi Sabrina!! You dont ever have to worry about calories on Stillmans - thats the beauty of it!!

My first run, I was 189, so our stats and height are close!! I made it to 130 in 3 1/2 months. If you stick to lean, your results will be even better!

Congrats on the 6! You are on your way!!!
