19 days of QWD?
Has anyone here done the QWD for a few weeks, and if so, what were your results? Currently I am 31yo female, who is 5'4" and about 175-180 pounds. I'm taking a trip to europe in about 3 weeks, and I'd like to get down to about 160, or even into the 150's if possible. Does this seem like a realistic goal if I exercise daily on a Nordic Track skier as well as do the QWD?
most of the weight you lose will be "water weight" and will come back the MINUTE you start "eating normally" again. Unless you plan to follow that same woe while in Europe, the most you can lose will be about 5 lb, in all likelihood. but it's five pounds! go for it.
