Watch me shrink----The 31 day drop
Hello peepers,:hiya:
Just wanting to make a big deal out of this. I've got 31 days till the rehersal dinner and I am gonna be thinner!:high5: If anyone wants to join me please do. :cool:But I'm gonna do this this time and I need encouragement and applause for at the finish line....:up::up: anyone need a jump start,,,,jump aboard. This train is taking off with or without you! :eek::eek::eek: Weight is gonna be plopping off. :shake: |
Todays menu:
One of those superfood drinks that is yukky that has only 5 carbs. One can of turkey,,,,400 calories. I may have a couple of pieces of grilled chicken thighs too. So about 700 calories max today. No cheese for today. |
I Believe I can officially say I made it through this day....can't wait to weigh in tomorrow!

I am more or less on QWL with a green superfood drink with coconut milk powder to make it palatable. That drink only has 5 carbs but worthwhile ones. My motivation is to be down as much as I can by the rehersal dinner on May 13th...
I'm eating Very low carb, low calorie and low fat. That should do something.....I feel real good today. It's sunny here to! Beautiful days help |
I had the same idea :) My fiancee graudates on May 13 and I want to lose 20 lbs by then, with Stillman and daily cardio it is definitely doable. We are taking so many pics then I want to look great in all of them so I'm in. I'll be doing QWL strictly, about 3 liters of water daily and 30 mins of cardio everyday, good luck!

Today was good! :up: I ate two chicken thighs, one superfood drink (5 carbs), 6 pieces of turkey bacon, two pieces of baked fish for a grand total of 600 calories.:up::high5:

Today is going good, but I'm still at 174. Yesterday I had only 600 calories, but 6 pieces of turkey bacon, with all the salt may have made me retain water. But today is day 4 and I'm down 5 pounds total so far..... Feeling good! No food so far as of 2:20. So I hope to be at 173 tomorrow..... |
Yesterday I didn't eat until nightime. Then consumed about 900 calories. I didn't register a weightloss on the scale but I went from a size 16 to a size 12. Granted, I squeezed into them, but this was impossible prior to the start of this.

I have gone from a size 16 on monday to a size 12 today! My weight went from 179 to 174. But I think the scale didn't move this morning just because I didn't eat until 9:30, then I ate about 900 calories until 1 oclock. Today I will stop eating earlier. Today I plan to eat 3 eggs and one piece of turkey bacon. Chicken breast and turkey soup and a superfood green drink with coconut powder. But only when I get hungry. |

Well I did 650 lowcarb, lowfat perfect stillman day today. Hope to see the scale move tomorrow....

P.S. Did a metamucil to make sure if the scale doesn't move at least something does!;)

today I ate 800 stillman calories. I'm in a little recovery from yesterdays 1600 non stillman calories. But tomorrow I'd like to go back to 600 or lower..... |
tomorrow should see some scale movement. I just weighed myself tonight and it was 175. I should be 171 tomorrow.
I ate only 600 calories,,,,I feel good...... |
