Hi

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is doing good. Im going to be starting stillmans on monday. I have to go and buy more meat and some cottage cheese. I plan on doing stillman for 2 weeks and then 14 day for 1 week. Ill keep doing this until i lose all the weight i need to. I have lots of weight to lose. Has anyone tried all meat then 14 day. If so did you gain anything back adding vegetables? I know losing this weight will make my joints feel better. Ill feel better about myself. I tried balanced dieting, counting calories, Many diets. I lost and gained it back. I hope this will be different this time. Has anyone lost all their weight using stillmans and have you gained your weight back? If not give me some suggestions on how you kept it off so i can try them when i lose
Thanks

Hi blueeyes!! So glad you decided to join us! I havent done the QWL/14 Day rotation, but I can tell you QWL is what it is. QUICK WEIGHT LOSS!!! You will be amazed at the weight you drop in the next two weeks, and it will motivate you to keep right on going!!!

I went from 189 to 113 eating meat. I gained some of it back because I wasn't following a proper maintenace plan (wasnt following a maint plan period!), but Im happy to say I've lost 20 pounds since starting back up again. Results are slower for me this time around, but I have a great feeling about you!!

Stillmans says to count calories and follow a 3 pound rule for maintenance. If you see the scale go up 3, then its back to QWL for a week. I may be testing out his theory in a few weeks!!

sorry I missed this!! I went from 189 to 121 in 5 months. I wasn't exactly lean (no fat) the entire time but I kept it straight meat. Then it took me another 3 months to get to 113. by then I was eating lots of fatty meat all the time.

everyone hangs out in the April thread, like ICDI mentioned. We need an update!!
