Enjoy your time with MOM!!! Order a steak with a side of chicken!! (They usually charge me what it costs to "add chicken to a salad".

PS: Give the brocolli to MOM!!

And i can see veins everywhere-that is the major down side of weight-loss. On my knees, and all up my arms, and my hands look like a 90yr olds, or Madonna's. And they stick up. There's not an ounce of fat on them or my lower arm. I suppose if i ever need blood, they'll be able to find my veins!!! Ha!!

Sounds gross but boy to me it's like a treat

I'm on to the pouches and they are so great for work , I just work on them with hunger strikes !

I notice some of you don't eat any cheese but I have been eating " stillman approved " cheese every day and losing fast so maybe I will cut if I hit a stall but for now , I'm keeping in the cottage cheese

I made the quiche recipe that Aleriaaa reposted in the other thread and it's so good, I over ate the quiche yesterday and panicked but today I lost another pound !

I'm also obsessed with egg white omelets
I've started using my sugar free kool aid mix to make slushees and frosty pops , I add splenda for more sweetness
Helps erase the sweet tooth

Thanks everyone for the recipes and supports and updates
I feel much stronger and more full these days
No more starvation !

I weighed in today at 155, which is 5 lbs in 5 days
I got on and off the scale 4 times to be sure it wasn't a fluke

It wasn't
I have no fear about my June wedding
Thanks to all for the recipes and ideas
This gets easier everyday
mmm love cottage cheese..........rock on, girl!

I fixed meatballs tonight for me and my fiancee
I also fixed him penne pasta and spaghetti sauce

I only ate the meatballs and had diet coke
I felt like I was in a trance . I didn't taste the food I just ate as much as I could before I was full. It was extra lean turkey meat and I had cooked to long so it was bone dry.. Ugh

I used to love eating now I'm dreading ... I guess in a way that's a good thing , they say it's best not to let food control you

I have an addictive personality type so I already see myself being hooked on this diet

I have a lot of events coming up surrounding my graduation and my wedding and there is going to be a lot of food , I'm getting anxious in advance but if I have to bring my own personal chicken to an event , then so be it
Someone has a problem with that then oh well I'm ready to be the old me , the fit me

No we can't see yours! Go to User Control Panel, then click on Edit Avatar, make sure the button on the top where it says-do not use an avatar is not clicked, then upload a pick from your computer, then click save changes--and you should have one!!

Had to eat a banana because my neuro appointment was taking so long. And between the available unhealthy hospital food, I figured the banana was the better choice. It's my only carb for the day though so I think I'm <20g still. Will prepare for next time!

dunno about that....I look forward to eating because I know I can't 'hurt' myself with it anymore. It's not the enemy anymore.

and if ppl don't like your food choices they're just jealous!!!!!!!!

Down another pound this morning! I am so excited. Worked out yesterday and thought I was going to die but afterward I was so happy I did it. The second week on this program is going to be tough. I would really like to see the 130's by the end of next week, darn it all.

my menu yesterday:

B: coffee
L: 1 cup of romaine lettuce and some bacon. (it was sooo good)
D: 1/2 pound of ground turkey, seasoned like it was for a gyro and another cup of lettuce. Couldn't really find the lettuce...so opposite of a resturant salad
1 low-carb yogurt
water - not sure how much but probably not enough

Today should be the same menu pretty much.

I eat as much meat as I want, just like everyone else, until I want to be sick.

I am always cold when I diet for some reason, I just can't ever get warm.

If you have parties to go to, eat before you go and drink some water. Nothing helps like already having a full stomach. I always like the excuses brought up here, my family has a history of diabetes, I am lactose intolerant, I am allergic to gluten, etc... For some reason people have a problem when you make your own conscious decision to make dietary changes unless there is some medical reason for it.

Have a great day gals
