Does anyone notice a difference with salt? I have always added regular salt to all my meat. Are we for it or against it, or what?
ugh, eben the tiniest bit makes me bloat. I use it very sparingly if things are too bland. Even the hidden salt in foods kill me if I don't water up.

OH. one quick question... has anyone ever ordered just the Whopper patties at Burger King? or ever do it at Wendys or Mcdonalds. Do they charge you for the whole sandwich? Because I would probably want the triple.. I wont do the "throw away the bun thing" because those bits of bread do get stuck! (I know its over the top, but it would drive me crazy not being able to scrape every little smidge of sticky bun off and then i would think I cheated and then...you know the rest..LOL)

Never done it! As in actually asked for it without the bun-I'd die with the looks! Actually I should try it! I have bought a burger in McD's once, asked for no ketchup so the bun didn't stick, then got a side salad-which is literally lettuce and tomato-broke the burger up into pieces and put it over the salad. Both were from the Saver Menu where everything is 1E-so it was a pretty cheap meal! Did it with pure a chicken breast sandwich too from Supermac's-the irish answer to McDs
I'm wary of what's reallybin those burgers though, filler-wise, I mean they advertise 100% pure irish beef, but they don't taste the same as beef patties you'd make yourself!!!

Wow everyone is doing so well!!! good for you guys. I haven't checked in for a while and had a few bad turns with bingeing (it is my 2nd name) so I don't check in when that happens. Typical, have to work on my attitude!!! Anyway I am back on plan and ready to go. I know Stillmans does work and it gives way better results when you are almost at goal weight. I just don't get my cheating and sabotaging my efforts part. It is so damn frustrating for me. I am reading a new book which is about getting from where you are to where you want to be. This might be my catalyst for a new me and a new attitude to loving myself.

Good Morning

All the wonderful experiences at the beginning of the day sound so encouraging!!

AkaGal-I see that your body had to give it up..WTG...Persistence pays off and never underestimate the wonders of the human body...It is certainly mysterious and so amazing...

Al-Just as GT noticed, so did I...YAY lady!!120's..That is amazing..I am sooo very proud of you...Because of you last night when I got home from a very busy day, I looked up the leanest portions of steak...Please remember me when you are licking your chops from tonight's carnage of ribeye..Oh and don't worry about the extra crispy fatty morsels of goodness...Eat a small little one for me BK,MD,Wendy's: I haven't been to these places in a very long time, but when I have to go, I am usually successful in ordering with no bun...About the salt: I don't add salt to anything I make..Herbs and spices usually help with taste for me..Even my broth is sodium free

CC-Loved your Disease wine list and thanks for the support-I think with my profession compartmentalization is key for the success of patient rapport..I've always been able to separate my human side from the more analytical side...This is quite a dynamic time in my life appearance wise..I have never really paid that much attention to it..To be professional, with clean and manageable hair, short nails and no blemishes constituted the professional look to me..Now I look at lines and shape a lot more...I'm smaller than my sister by 2 sizes now..It is odd but very rewarding..

Ameilie-Al is right..We cannot really give you advice without an idea of what you eat..

Cat-Congrats! You are doing great!

Milo-BBQ..Sounds fantastic!

ICDI-Drink plenty of water and take care of your body...Get well soon

Well, slow day at work..Paperwork Paperwork Paperwork...Have a very productive day everyone and I look forward to catching up later

Good morning all, I am down .4 down this am. That makes a move of 2.2 on the scale in two days. I am so happy, I just hope I keep it up. I had a long talk with my scale this morning and told it not to mess with me. All of us are really doing so good!! I'm so proud of all of you!
I have a question. My clothes a fiting much loser. Could I have lose inches without losing pounds? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am new at the weight loss thing. I went shopping yesterday and tryed on a size 10 (my usual size) jeans, they were way to big. So I tryed on an 8 and they were perfect! I sound like baby bear! I might go shopping again it felt great.
