Obviously I'm in. Son is off school today. He was not feeling too well this morning, sniffles and looked a bit flushed. Anyway by 12ish he made a miraculous recovery and asked if he could order in pizza...I never do this but agreed. Well it arrived...double pepperoni and extra cheese. I can't tell you how good it looks and he has only eaten half as it was so big...I will not cave in, no way but its hard...its calling me.

Im in too! Thanks for starting the thread CC!

Stuck to plan yesterday and Im feeling pumped! Today is Day 6 and Im down 8 pounds. No loss this morning, but thats OK. Had 3 chicken breasts yesterday. Will probably do the same today!!!

Stay stong makeme!! No pizza = skinny jeans in a few weeks!!!

Watching Oprah with an interview with Portia deRossi (it's an old ep) talking about her book. I can sooo relate to what she says.-not the being gay part! You know what she says is the solution to stop chronic dieting,EDs etc---to not restrict anything, no foods, not even portion size-then food loses power over you! Sooo true-hmmm now if we could just do it!

I cant wait to see the 130's again.. and knowing its gonna happen this month makes me feel awesome!!! Im not letting anything get in my weigh!!! Actually, I swear to you girls that I will be in the 120's by the end of the month! 129, maybe, but I will do this.

It does kind of make sense but I reckon I would be an 18 stoner before I got bored of food. I am watching trash TV, Jeremy Kyle...I can't even print here what this lady is accusing her husband of...hilarious!

Hi ladies!!

I'm down to 143.2, so that's a total of 5.6lbs in two days!

Man, I love this! I really needed a change of pace and Stillman's definitely helps. I am way less hungry this morning than I was the other two days, so here's to a good day! I also went to the gym yesterday and got in 40 minutes on the elliptical...woot, woot!

I'm working today, so I packed:
~greek yogurt (of course) with splenda
~ham (97% lean)
~HB egg salad (going to make w/hb eggs, a TINY BIT of mayo + more greek yogurt)
~SF Jello
~ Coke Zero

I'm ready! And if the co-workers try to drag me to lunch...it's a big fat NO from me, haha. I really want to challenge myself this month to get back down to 132. That's 10+ lbs in a month. I'm not sure if I'll still be on Stillman's but either that or back to Medifast, damnit, I'm getting back to 132!! (The highest healthy weight for my 5'1 frame)

Be back later, I'll check in from work!

Yep, I finally got off my dead butt and didn't go back to bed. Not being able to walk every day is killing me. I must be a bit SAD due to winter. Cabin fever.
But, it's sunny and going to be above freezing today and most of the week. I'm starting to get spring fever.....noticing how dingy things are inside and getting the cleaning bug.
