Night help

What are some tips for fighting night hunger .

I'm hoping to see results , I have 60 days until my wedding day and my dress is still tight , so I am motivated and don't have any need to cheat , period

I had to take a sleep pill the other night to get to sleep

I need to rework my daily meal plan where I am not dying of hunger

Can you guys help give me a sample meal plan that can get me through the first few weeks strong ?

Welcome to the group akagal!!! I like to eat a big bowl of ground turkey before bed. The best thing you can do is always have cooked meat at hand! Anytime you feel hungry, or just the need to chew , pop a peice of chicken or a spoonful of turkey in your mouth!! Eat as much as you need the first few days. Your appetite will taper off- promise!! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!!

I haven't yet but I've been reading that it's getting good reviews. I forgot it was coming out as well. Maybe they need to promote it more.

I am on track, but I feel a binge looming. I am craving something and that is why I am posting here, hoping for good cyber vibes to steer me clear of the kitchen. I think I should go and buy some sexy heels as a deterrant. That ought to do it!! lol

That is the worse, I find when I have any fat the scale is up. Some people swear to eat fat and get thin. Even Dr Atkins recommends the Fat fast for shedding a few (granted it is low calorie) but for me as long as I stay away from the fat I will succeed. I can have a little just to make my food palatable but as soon as I get too friendly with it, the scale is up the following day. Don't worry it normally drops after a day or two though, it is just so frustrating.

Night hunger: keep your fingers busy with something else, paint, draw do whatever. Just keep em out of your mouth!!
60 days is great and you will get there just keep at it and follow the rules:
very Low carb and very low fat and if you are hungry eat a boiled egg or a piece of chicken. If you slip, get over it and move on and pat yourself on the back for journey you have already completed.Once you start seeing the results, you will be that much more motivated imho

No Problem. I lost weight from my highest of 160lb at an average of 10lb per month (obviously in the beginning it was a lot quicker) I also started on Atkins. As my weight dropped so did my resistance to fat. I have had to move to Stilmans now just to get the last few off. I am 5.2 and very small boned, I weigh about 103-104 now and feel good. However I do not like my legs and it is a bit of a vanity issue with meand a case of always having to push myself. I have made a promise though if I feel bad at a lower weight I will forgive myself and get back to where I feel comfortable. Hope that helps
Regards

I was just curious because you started around the same weight I did (for stills any ways) I am 5'3 and I don't know where to stop losing weight, I just keep thinking I'll stop when my tummy no longer gets in the way

One of my dogs is 108 pounds so I figure in the end as long as I weigh more than him it will be ok haha

I'm a little under 5'3" and I've been wondering about goal weight. 130 is my first goal. Right now I'm thinking I'll want to be somewhere in the mid to low 120s. I'm medium boned so I don't think I need to go under 120 but we'll see.

Good morning all, this morning I was down only .2 I must admitt I was feeling a little disappointed and have desided that I won't have coffee/cream at all no matter how bad a headach I get. I am going out for dinner tonight to Olive Garden and need suggestion as to what I can order. I don't wantt to blow this. I'm not sure what they have on there menue. I think they might have fish that I can order no oil prepared, I hope. Everyone have a good day!

I googled a height weight ratio chart with images and it helped, it doesn't have bone structure or how muscular these ppl are but it helped me get an idea of what I would look like at that weight, I was also happy to realize that I look like I weigh 10 pounds less than I actually do and I will take whatever I can.

Hi tracyann I am 5.2 and small boned, I'm 163.6 this morning. I sure hope I can do as well as you have. About your legs, you might not see them as they really are. When we lose we can sometimes morf what we see in the mirror, almost see ourself as not have lost at all. It's a mental thing. I bet your legs look great!
