Was just looking at your location, Amen! Been there, done that. Of course, I'm still playing in TX 4 nights a week and every night reminds me why I dont live there anymore.

Cyone and Mom2CJ- Im really impressed with your menus/use of condiments/jello. Im looking forward to seeing how you girls do on the 14 day... I must say, we havent had too many that have followed it thru. I have always been the one to cut everything out, and I'll never know if I could have had the same results. Great job on your portion control too!!!!! one babybel, or cjsmom's bit of kethcup. You two are doing great!!!

Breakfast on Stillmans
Does anyone have good ideas for breakfast and snack meals that are still in line with Stillmans diet?

Good morning to all of you stillies, It is a wonderful sunny day here in Wenatchee, Wa. I am down .6 this morning and happy with that. momtocj7 I would love to have the turkey sausage recipe sounds good and handy. The crepe idea sound great too. I would love you to share any of your favorite recipies.
I need some help form my friends here, I just can not start my day without a good cup of coffee with some cream or half and half in it. Can't stomach it black. yesterday i went without it, had a painful headach all day and night. Which do you all think would be best to try cream or half and half. If it slows me down I will go without but maybe a tablespoon or 2 will not be a problem. What do you suggest! If i have it can i still be a part of april no cheat? I'll check back later, have a very good day you all. |

Good Afternoon Everyone,
CC-Thanks for the WF peanut butter advice..I don't think the cravings are that much to eat actual peanut butter though.. Al-Great tip for the ground turkey..I am thinking of cumin, ginger, garlic to complete this ground turkey recipe..I try it towards the end of next week..This week coming is a chicken breast week..Thanks for the idea. Mar-Yay! I am so proud of you..Awesome..I'm right behind you.. Cat-Oh no..Girl Scout Cookies..My little 3 year old niece came by the other week with 2 boxrs of those lemonaid cooks..Of course those are my favorite and she is so into sharing right now because she know that if she shares then we will share with her..She tried so hard to give me a cookie and I was so strong in telling her delicately that I would eat one later. She was relentless, but I was strong..That's ok..We all make mistakes..Just get back on your horse and ride again Breakfast Ideas: At the moment I make crepes (takes about 5 minutes)..U can also make some salmon patties (baked)..They taste good, but taste better to me after they are done and you have refridgerated them for the next day..When u reheat in microwave is what I like with some mustard...Umm u can add like ground turkey or shredded chicken breast or anything really to ur crepe..Um I had a quiche week last week..U can make one with what ever meats and herbs in the inside and then just eat from it for 3-4 days..That's all I got at the moment..I try to make my repeatative meals interesting with different herbs/spices while using the same basic meats.. About that coffee..I'm an extremist so when I first started Stillman's a noticed that my wt loss was hampered, I looked over my foods and pinpointed the half and half in my coffee..Since coffee tastes like tar to me without it, I cut it out completely..I just drink water and dt dr pepper/cherry..Nothing else.. Well, I saw 149.5 this morning but it bounced back to 150 a few minutes later so hopefully by tomorrow, I can settle myself into the 140's and begin that decrease..Have a good day everyone.. |
