Okay so I am down some. Here's the score of things.....

March 7 - 151.2 (Had done two weeks lean meat/lf yogurt, some veggies)
March 11 - 147.4 (I was so happy and on a major lf plain greek yogurt fast)
March 14 - 149.2 - I had some fat and veggies - thus the 2 lbs.
March 18 - 153.4 (MAJOR CHEAT two days before) UGH!!!
March 22 - 151.6 (Back in this saddle and headed down)
March 23 - 148.8 (After three days strict Stillmans)

So......I need you all to keep me accountable. One of my hardest issues is social eating. We have many meals with different people and I don't want to look like I have an eating disorder if I am only eating meat. This Friday night is my first one since being back on Stillman's. I have two families coming over - I am cooking grilled chicken, veggies, baked potatoes, salad - I will eat the chicken but I don't want to look weird only eating meat. Seriously, I have issues...but then we knew that didn't we

At least you are down overall for the Month of March, Thats how I try to look at it, The fist week I lost 7 and then gained back 3 and now I am tryin to lose it but I know in the end I will still be down so I just focus on that

Make it an inside joke between you and us...Dare them to even notice your not eating the mashed potatoes. I swear. No one will say anything. Just push that brocolli around a bit.

so this is a quick check in. Im headed out tonight and wont be back til tomorrow! Going to dinner where I will oreder the biggest steak on the menu. I will refrain from the baked potato on my plate, as well as the crispy fatty edges of my meat. I will however be indulging in drinks, which my rulebook says is ok after your close to reaching your 4th week. i packed my CL should I choose the vodka route, or theres always my trustly patron on ice. zero carbs so all is well in my world!!!

I'll try to check in tomorrow night, but know I'll expect nothing but good reports when i get back!! Let me be the bad one this time! Its snowing huge flakes out there but this is almost a once in year thing for me. I have a sitter and Im going all out!!! woohoo. Hope I can find some karoke..

congrats and cheers to all the progress around here!

folks I need some help here........for the past two hours I have literll;y freezing. I have a thermal hoodie with the drawstring tied around my chin. I am covered in goosebumps. And a small headache.

menu tiday

1 egg+ 2 whites omelette with 1 oz feta and some baby spinach

1 c FF cottage cheese

3 oz salmon on a bed of arugula 1/2 cuke and some thinned out Russian dressing

that's about typical for me BF sez it's a bug coming on, but I haven't been anywhere to catch one since Sunday?

Dunno about the headache-probably not drinking enough. Feeling freezing-welcome to my world! Seriously, i sit with my back against the radiator at work and at home I'm like the Michelin woman! And most days I sit with a hot-water bottle on my back! I feel for you, I do, it's awful! It's because (so i keep reading and hearing) you're losing weight and not eating enough. Just think we have to put up with it. It sucks!

I just couldn't do coffee with no cream this morning! But I put not even 2 whole tsp in the cup...

I lost all my weight drinking cream in my coffee...but it went from 2 tsp...to 4 or 5...and sometimes 2 or 3 cups a day!

It's really confusing because sometimes you read that you need to add fat and one way to do that is cream.

But, I know this is Stillman's...and he says no cream at all...so I'm going to try to keep it at only 2tsp a day...or I might try that SF stuff MSgirl uses. or i thought about trying Almond or Coconut milk...I dunno.

I am down another pound this morning...but still up from where I was a couple of weeks ago. I just can't believe I let myself gain 8 or nine pounds...but I'm hoping to get it back down plus some.

I really want to get in my Easter Suit...and I turn 44 in May...it'd be nice to be back down to my college weight by then....I spent all of my 30's and early 40's being from 170-200+... To think I'm not there anymore is shocking to me...actually, I really feel like I'm still in that range quite often...anyone know what I mean??

I love my Stilly Friends!!

Well I was down .4 today - putting me at 148.4 - I know little digits make me happy so I have to share!

Anyway, I was starving yesterday! I had at least 7 eggs and 2 packs of tuna. Most of the eggs where just the boiled egg whites. So that's not so bad.

Woke up with a major headache though and I am really hoping it goes away quickly!

Okay, about to me super busy for 6-8 hours!!! I will try to check in later sometime.
