Me, too. . I have no voice today!! I stopped with the dayquil yeterday and by night my voice was gone. head felt better but now I can only type and not yell.. My kids are loving it!!!!

Ok. .I'm so happy to see the board rockin and rollin. .could only skym back a few as I am at work but wanted to make sure we were on track for March! I'm feeling it, peeps. .I really am. .I think I'll do it this time.. Cravings gone. . and I feel like a buck! I'd feel like a million if I could get back into the 150's before I start some serious dieting.. (just to think a year ago I was begging for 140's. . ). . O well. . at least I didn't give up 100% and I'm darn good at the maintenance thing. . .so when i get there, I should have it licked!! heheheeh. .

Thanks. Im not pigging out for a change. Im only cooking 4 chickens at a time. with the plan of eating 3 and one on deck in case I sleepwalk to the fridge in the middle of the night... Guess the being prepared and having lots of meat on hand just kept me eating it. Plus my sinus' are acting up and I cant taste anything. Havent even been using condiments. just salt. torturous yes. Im sure things will change once I get my taste buds back..

Oh stop that!!! Im taking Claritin D. and I normally take Mucinex DM for the congestion. Id say Ive been feeling icky for two weeks now. I hate going to the doctor..just gonna ride it out. (like you!!) Ive been coughing up so much gunk I dont know where its comin from. Perhaps thats why I lost. sorry to be so gross peeps...

I weighed today, have been on Stillys since Monday, and am now a lb lower than I was when I went on that retreat! So I lost the five or so lbs I gained. My new goal is my old goal before I went on retreat!! That is to weigh 142. That is because I am a 7 with my numbers and its not too daunting to think about losing 6 lbs. If I can maintain at 142 I will be on pure maintenance which is just modified Stillmans. I did weigh in on our March weigh in page found in the lc lobby...

You guys are soooo inspired, I haven't seen excitement on this board like this, for awhile!

Today; 3 HB eggs, one chicken breast... throughtout the day... haven't eaten anything yet but am working on those 6 lbs!

Do you cycle stillmans with Atkins induction or just stick with stillmans? I was going to cycle b/c I thought it would be hard to eat only meat (I was a vegetarian until about 10 months ago) but I am actually doing great on just protein.

I don't do Atkins. I don't really eat the fattier meats either, but I do often include some veggies-salad stuff mainly, I like the crunch! And it keeps me sane! The carb count would be way under induction. Others do add fat though. I think the thought would be either or!--- Fat orsmall amount of carbs!

So...

I stepped on the scale this morning to see 141.8! Down 1.4 since yesterday, even with the corned beef! I was really worried! That's 7lbs in 3 days of Stillman's! I'm going to keep doing Stillman's until I can't- and then I'll go back to Medifast which I know I lose on too- just not QUITE as quick but still pretty fast! I love Stillman's though- it took away a lot of my cravings pretty quickly which definitely helps me succeed on MF!
