Haha thanks for the input!

I'm just going to have a little of each and then have more yogurt/splenda to finish today. So far, I had:

1 cup yogurt w/splenda
3 HB eggs made into egg salad
a few pieces of lean deli ham

(and then plus...the corned beef + tiny bit cabbage and yogurt)

Hopefully I'll register the same or loss tomorrow! My boyfriend has lost 4lbs already too!

yeah so we are doing good there. Apparrently eating more raises it again. I have found the more I eat on stillys, the more I lose. If I eat too little my body hangs on to its fats cells for dear life.

That stuff was everywhere here in the seventies! We had it too! Corned beef hash or cold slices with boiled tats and salad cream.

Sooooooooo....things are going my way. Hopped on the scale and down 2. Thats 10 pounds for the first strict week of stillys.

Gonna stick to lean and what works for now. Im feeling no ill effects from the lack of fat...yet.

Went for a walk last night with the kids, so count me in for exercise. Promised my daughter we'd do Dance Central on the Kinect when she gets home from school, so I'll be moving 2 days in a row!!

First of all...

Emky!! ^_^ Hope you have a great day! Maybe it'll warm up today in IL for you! (I hope so!) Did you get hit by that gigantic snowpocalypse a few weeks ago? We sure did!

Also...

CONGRATS Aleriaa! ^_^ 10 lbs in a week is insane! WOOT WOOT! I hope I can do the same this week!

So...

I stepped on the scale this morning to see 141.8! Down 1.4 since yesterday, even with the corned beef! I was really worried! That's 7lbs in 3 days of Stillman's! I'm going to keep doing Stillman's until I can't- and then I'll go back to Medifast which I know I lose on too- just not QUITE as quick but still pretty fast! I love Stillman's though- it took away a lot of my cravings pretty quickly which definitely helps me succeed on MF!

^_^

Off to work!

This is the time of year I usually sign up for tanning. Hubby forebade me this time... He says he has a right to worry about about me and want me to live long for my kids.. He's right but its not like I worship the tanning beds/sun. just a few months of the year.. I dont even really tan, but all over pink is better than nothing... sigh....

Im just not into those bronzer lotions..I know they work really well for some you. Tanning beds are so relaxing... warm, cozy, 15 minutes to myself...no lines... wish I were there right now.
