I need to stop drinking so much coffee it's bad mostly because of the cream and because of the caffeine it's 645pm too late for coffee!

I was just wondering how people like your close friends and family are with you being on stillmans? My mom is cool with atkins and the low fat but the no veggies make her skeptical and one friend knows I'm doing stills and is super good about it but I haven't really told anyone else.

I'm waiting till I get closer to goal to tell more people because I feel like people can't argue with the results.

Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaahahaha
last summer I made Mom into a Stilly/Atkins girl......she went from a 10 to an 8/6

and sent me all of her Ralph Lauren wardrobe................seriously, she just sent me a 22 lb. box, some still with the tags on

when DH number two died in 1995 she blew up to a 10/12...al that wine and cuban bread (she's in Miami)

now that she has the LC key she's loving it

himself just loves that I have no muffin top and could care less if I was eating nails to be thin, all he knows is that I look great and I'm happy

but I still go with the don't ask don't tell policy, my BFF is kinda happy that I'm not a cow anymore and slightly jealous but she never asked how I lost it all

eat like a cave girl and you will love yourself and to hell with those who don't get it

I will never eat grains again I swear

Actually, no one knows Im doing Stillman's. For now I kind of try to stay away from social situations involving food, but there are times I just tell people Im watching my weight (drop!) because summer is right around the corner, blah blah blah and they dont ask to much about it. But my family knows I eat low carb...just not how low carb. Thank goodness our family LOVES meat!
I totally agree about waiting until they can see the amazing results before revealing how you did it, then they cant argue

What kind of cream do you use in it? I have been using coffee mates sugar free vanilla, with only 1 carb per tb... Just wondering if there is a secret carb free cream

I just use coffee cream or when I was doing atkins I used heavy cream because it has no carbs, I was using the fat free creamer but when I found out it had 2 carbs per tbsp I stopped it turns out that was what was slowing my weight loss down

I also figured if it was between fat and carbs fat was better but I think stillmsns would rather have you choose the sugar over fat but i always fall back on atkins mentality haha

I told everyone and then they just keep asking me how I'm losing weight so fast. It never ends lol. I have to repeat myself a million times. They probably keep asking me to see if I accidentally say something else? Lmao

Al is it the real tanner or the body lotion with gradual tan? I tried the latter last year and it sukked.

Its the gradual tan, but I noticed color after the first day. This is my trial run to see what happens as it wears away. Its a little stinky after an hour or so, but the same thing happens with the salon lotions..

Miss Al, the real you all prim and proper, and secretly Gagadoes your DH know the demon inside you?

He gets the best of both worlds!

OMg you poor things, I refused to live without. Let the splinters rip into my feet from the unfinished floor but no soap and water touches these hands:

We have the original cabinets, and the whole kitchen needs to be demolished to fit my dishwasher in. It will happen someday or Im moving out!!!!

Andy Capp hot friesI have five hot fries (they are really like spicy potato sticks) on Friday movie night. He chows the bag

OMG. Andy Capp Hot Fries are thebest thing ever!!!! I can pass on chocolate and dessert. I need me some Andys!!! One thing that would never be allowed in my house!!!

they all tell me to eat my vegetables! But I ignore it. They have all seen me go from 189 to 113, and I think secretly some of them wish they could do it too. Unfortunately the thought of "just meat" scares everyone away..

I agree with this! 100%

I would use heavy whipping cream before coffee mate. In fact, for those that are using coffee mate, I suggest you stop right now if you arent getting results!

EAT!!! Eat meat when you are hungry, stop eating when the thought is..I cant take another bite! That thought will come sooner than feeling stuffed, I tell you. Theres only so much tuna or chicken one can want in one sitting before it needs to be pushed away!!

on my work nights...my biggest meal of the day is dinner, and its usually right before I go to bed. A lot of people dont think thats good, but for some reason, all that meat I eat evaporates in my sleep!! (Thats usually between 8-9PM)

I don't tell anymore!!! Cos low-carb automatically means Atkins, and Atkins is a dirty word!!!! Mostly I get how can you stick it???? Fish for breakfast!! My Mum thinks enough is enough now, that it def can't be healthy long-term to eat all the protein, and that I'll ruin my kidneys!
As far as I'm concerned it's nobody's business how or what I eat-I don't comment if someone eats fries so shut up about me!!!!
