I am determined to do this until I lose 25 more pounds maybe 35 more I don't know if I could actually be 115 (its still within my healthy BMI) as I am quite "top" heavy and pretty muscular

Funny story... My wedding video..I got married in a church with a full mass. I love wedding videos like that-it like literally is like 2 worlds-nice an serene at the church, all done up----then come 2or3in the morning the bride is unrecognisable!!!! Guests too!!!

You are so gonna do this!! Do you find it getting any easier now?

Lucky you to have some on top. I pretty much kissed them goodbye a week ago..

115 looked decent on me without exercise. Going under that makes my bones show in some places. (like my back/spine??)) You'll be fine and HOT with the extra muscle tone!!!

besides the weight loss, its amazing the miracles that take place with meat, for me... my nails are so hard and white, my hair feels better, and Im not losing it... Just reminding myself why I should keep this up!!!

I find the longer I do this the easier it gets plus I like not having to worry about what I eat. Its like is it meat? Yes - its ok, No - no thank you haha

I think I will continue to have some on top, my mom is tiny and still has lots on top haha

don't want to look so skinny I'm boney I just want to look healthy, and hot (just in case I run into my ex and his new ugly GF haha)

Goody for you!!! I don't really notice anything! Waiting for my nails to dry at the moment! My hair never fell out with Stills-actually it was coming out in clumps before I started!

I was going to cheat yesterday but i just thought of myself skinny and that stopped everything. I'm waiting to see 219 come on already!! Only chicken for me today! I have to workout out too!

I know! Me too! I have a lot on top lol and get pretty muscular when I exercise. But Im only 5'4 so I want to get to 110-115 (Or look like Im that weight but really weigh more because of muscle) Maybe 118 all together... Idk I haven't been that weight since high school and it was a skinny fat, not muscle.

I do think this is true! It really evens out to the 1-2lbs a week long -term! But I'm with you on the fast at the beginning! And the no-cravings!

Yeah, I think the fast weight loss gets people hooked and by the time it evens out to 1-2 lbs a week it doesnt bother them cause they feel soooooo good! haha
