So I told myself that after I lost 25 pounds I'd allow myself a cheat day and I got to have it today! (I have been on my weight loss kick since Jan)

I pretty much gained 5 pounds haha but I am still down overall and I'm happy to report I didn't even crave the things I thought I would except ice cream but that was my first love and I always will love it lol

Back to stillmans tomorrow and to lose another 25!(ok 30 after this weekend)

MAR!!!! First off, congrats on 25 lbs. That is remarkable!! Im so glad you were able to celebrate tonight, just promise me one thing. Be on plan when you wake up tomorrow, and check in with us. I find it so hard to jump back on, but I know you can do it!!! Heres to the next 30!!!!! (and I bet a good 7-8 come off this week if you get right to it)

Al I am making turkey breasts right now and have tuna sitting out so I have breakfast and lunch ready! I am promising right now that I will be back on tomorrow I'm even going to have tea instead of 1 of my coffees so I won't need the extra cream!

Im getting a little sick of chicken....almost 3 weeks of chicken and tuna for me. I may have to pick up a turkey tomorrow, or pork chops... Im trying to keep it lean for as long as I can, but I feel the break coming soon..

what to do. what to do. Im thawing kabob meat, which looks like bigger hunks of stew meat, which means more fat. I dont want to fix things if they arent broken, but Im curious if I will still have the same results upping the fat...I'm feeling good, so I dont think I NEED to add fat, but I just want it. Looking for someone to tell me what to do. Yes to stew meat or keep on clucking....I probably already know the answer. If anyone asked me, I would tell ya to stick to chicken...ugh...

I was gonna say-til I read your last line!-eat the kabob (never heard that word before). You still lose with extra fat! Maybe do it one day with fat, one day extra lean. That way the cals are always different!

Starting Stillman's again today for the 9 millionth time. Spring is in the air and it is time to dust myself off and get a move on. If I looked back at all my posts over the last couple of years they would all say the same thing I have no problem starting it is just the sticking to it and never giving in to a single cheat. One cheat seems to make me think its ok to keep right on cheating for the rest of the day. What starts as a bite of pie ends up being a whole piece or more. No more cheating...no more excuses!!!

Currently I am at my all-time high weight and very sad and frustrated with myself. My clothes don't fit and I am sick of wearing stretchy pants and big sweaters. I am committed to making it through today and tomorrow and the next. I will post tomorrow how I did...wish me luck

OMG i feel like I am hung over from all my carbs yesterday! I am not even joking I have a food hangover.

I am right back on track had a tea this morning (normally have coffee) and I'm now having a turkey breast and coffee (only 1 I will have today promise )

Then I have more turkey breast for lunch and tuna just in case I get hungry!

munching on thighs on a bed of romaine and arugula-which is rocket over there and roquette in Canada BTW....with hot sauce and BC dressing YUM. The arugula was cheap and I caved.....

Carbs suck!!! Ya always think they're yuuuummmmyyy and ya really want sone----but afterwards, not so good!
